Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria have revealed the sex of their fifth child together.

The expectant mother shared a video of the cheeky announcement, which featured the couple’s four other children – Carmen, 6, Rafael, 4, Leonardo, 3, and Romeo, 1 – on Instagram on Saturday.

In the adorable social media video clip, the miniature Baldwins head into a room where they each receive their own baby doll swaddled in a white blanket – only to unwrap the doll to reveal the sex of their new sibling.

“It’s a girl,” Carmen exclaims after she unwraps her assigned doll and notices it’s wearing pink.

“Our little reveal 💙💖. We are so excited!” Hilaria, 35, captioned her video.

HILARIA BALDWIN CONFIRMS SHE HAS SUFFERED A MISCARRIAGE

The Oscar-nominated actor, 61, and the co-host of the “Mom Brain” podcast revealed last month that they were expecting a fifth child, sharing an ultrasound of their baby’s heartbeat with Hilaria’s followers.

Alec had revealed the couple’s desire to have another baby in an early September appearance on Kevin Nealon’s YouTube series, “Hiking with Kevin,”

“We have four kids. She wants to have another one. We’re having another one,” he said. “We’re gonna have a fifth baby.”

However, when Nealon asked if Hilaria was pregnant, the “30 Rock” alum said: “No. No, no, no — not that I know of,” he clarified.

In April, Hilaria revealed on social media that she had suffered a miscarriage.

Watchdog requests IRS investigation into anti-Susan Collins group’s tax-exempt status

A liberal group critical of Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, is the target of an ethics complaint asking the IRS to investigate its tax-exempt status.

The D.C.-based nonprofit Foundation for Accountability for Civic Trust (FACT) sent a letter to the IRS on Wednesday alleging that Maine Momentum had engaged in a “consistent pattern of activities” focused on Collins, indicating it was working for the “private benefit” of Maine’s Democratic entities rather than promoting social welfare, as required by its 501c(4) status. The tax-exempt status also bars organizations from overtly supporting or opposing any particular candidate.

“These organizations are supposed to promote the social welfare of the general public not engage in overtly partisan politics, and there are many facts in this case which bring into question Maine Momentum’s execution of this requirement,” FACT Executive Director Kendra Arnold said in a statement released Friday.

Controversy over groups’ 501c(4) status is nothing new. After the Supreme Court’s decision in Citizen’s United v. FEC, the status has been increasingly used by nonprofits to influence political issues while refusing to disclose corporate donors. As FACT points out, the status precludes any organization “that primarily benefits a private group of citizens.” IRS guidance on the 501(c)4 status forbids “direct or indirect participation or intervention in political campaigns on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office.” Organizations are able to “engage in some political activities, so long as that is not its primary activity.”

SUSAN COLLINS REVEALS CRITICS’ PERSONAL ATTACKS OVER KAVANAUGH VOTE IN FOX NEWS INTERVIEW

Maine Momentum did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment, nor did Collins’ office.

Collins’ 2020 re-election bid gained attention early on after she voted to confirm Justice Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court in the wake of sexual misconduct allegations against the federal judge. Collins’ vote provoked outrage from progressives. At one point during the confirmation process, a group was accused of bribing Collins after it offered her more than $1 million in campaign donations if she voted against Kavanaugh.

FACT’s complaint points out ties between Maine Momentum and the state’s Democratic Party and cites the group’s own mission statement. According to FACT, Maine Momentum paid for dozens of Facebook ads targeting Collins and reserved more than $1 million in air time on Maine television station.

The group’s website features a photo with several protest signs directed specifically at Collins. This past summer, a Maine Public Radio report cast doubt on the group’s purpose, claiming it had used “exploited advocacy rules” to target the Republican senator.

DEMOCRATIC MAINE SENATE CANDIDATE APPEARS TO ERASE LOGO FROM NON-L.L. BEAN JACKET IN CAMPAIGN VIDEO

Among its other work, Maine Momentum has developed a campaign called The 16 Counties Coalition which reportedly focuses on criticizing Collins for her vote in favor of President Trump’s tax reform bill.

The 16 Counties Coalition is run by two former Democratic spokespeople, including Willy Ritch, who previously worked for Rep. Chellie Pingree, D-Maine. Chris Glynn, who previously worked for the Maine Democratic Party and state House Speaker Sara Gideon, also led the organization.

The coalition’s website specifically targets the “Republican-controlled Senate’s policies, which reward wealthy donors at our expense.” But Ritch has maintained that the group is limited to education and “accountability.” “We’re not going to tell anybody who they should or shouldn’t vote for. We’ll leave that fight to other people,” Ritch told Maine Public Radio.

According to FACT, the vast majority of the campaign’s social media activity has focused on Collins. “[R]oughly 85% of the tweets by the 16 Counties Coalition have featured attacks on Susan Collins. Indeed, the only account that the 16 Counties Coalition’s Twitter handle follows is Susan Collins’ Twitter account.” The complaint also claims that the group’s Facebook page has “never once mentioned another elected official, including when discussing the policy issues that Maine Momentum and 16 Counties claim are their chief priorities.”

“Instead, nearly every single post attacks Senator Collins and many focus on the source of her political campaign contributions,” the complaint reads.

Sheriff’s officer surprises boy, 6, with new Halloween costume after family loses home in fire

Batman would definitely approve.

One kindhearted sheriff’s officer in North Carolina wanted to ensure a local boy could enjoy a “normal as possible” Halloween after the child’s family lost their home and belongings in a devastating fire. The deputy surprised the youngster with a Batman costume to replace the outfit destroyed in the blaze.

On Monday morning, a Hendersonville County RV went up in flames while the family of Damon, 6, took to youngster to school, WLOS reports.

“I’ve seen a lot in the past, and this, just to see kids without, it really bothers you,” Capt. Tim Griffin of the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office said of the incident.

THIS IS THE ‘WORST HALLOWEEN CANDY,’ ACCORDING TO NEW SURVEY

After the fire overtook their home, leaving nothing but a “charred frame,” little Damon mentioned something that particularly struck Griffin as heartbreaking, the law enforcement officer said.

“He brought up his Batman Halloween costume. He hoped it wasn’t in the RV, and his grandmother kind of looked over at me and told me that it was,” Griffin recalled.

Inspired, the deputy made a trip to Walmart in search of the same costume for the boy, later presenting him with the all-important ensemble for All Hallow’s Eve.

“I just told him that sheriff’s deputies need all the Batmans, so that we can get out here helping fight crime,” he recalled.

“You see a lot of bad, and you get a chance to maybe put a little bit of good into a bad situation. It’s nice to be able to do that once in a while,” Griffin mused.

Reps for the Edneyville Fire and Rescue later shared the story to Facebook, in a post that has since been liked over 700 times and shared more than 90 times.

Commenters praised Griffin as an officer with a “heart of gold” who has always “gone above and beyond for the people of Henderson County.”

“This kid will always remember you,” one user said.

“Thank you so much for the very nice recognition,” the deputy wrote back to commenters. “Sure didn’t expect it. I just wanted the little boy to have his Halloween to be as normal as possible after losing everything he had,” he said, additionally thanking first responders from the Edneyville and Dana fire departments for their bravery in responding to the blaze.

Alaska Gov. Mike Dunleavy: US-Mexico-Canada trade deal would bring great benefits – Dems should OK it

Westlake Legal Group 694940094001_5843250034001_5843246092001-vs Alaska Gov. As the governor of Alaska – a state with a flourishing international trade sector – I am pleased to stand with 27 of my fellow governors in calling on Congress to ratify the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement negotiated by President Trump.

Alaskans export nearly $5 billion worth of commodities each year – enough goods to put the Last Frontier among our nation’s largest exporters on a per capita basis. After factoring in an additional $2 billion of imports, trade accounts for over 12.5 percent of Alaska’s gross domestic product.

Of this trade activity, Alaskan businesses deliver $707 million worth of products to our Canadian neighbors, making a continental free trade agreement critical to our state’s economy. But the raw dollar values only tell half the story.

ANDY PUZDER: NAFTA DESPERATELY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. SO WHY IS DEMOCRATIC LEADERSHIP STANDING IN THE WAY?

Over 70 percent of Alaska’s goods exporters are small- to medium-sized companies, and 37,100 jobs depend on these exports. Many of these jobs are located at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC), which handles 87,000 landings and up to 6 million tons of snow each year.

More from Opinion

Located within 9.5 hours of nearly all destinations in the industrialized world, ANC is the fifth-busiest cargo hub in the world.

As a steward of this great state, I am committed to supporting Alaska’s trade sector.

This summer, the Alaska Department of Transportation announced hundreds of millions of dollars in infrastructure upgrades at ANC. My office is also in the early stages of negotiating a rail link with Alberta that would allow for the safe transportation of crude oil from landlocked Canadian oil fields to Alaskan refining centers.

But the harsh reality is that state governments are limited in their ability to promote international trade. Congress must act to ratify a new trade deal. To that end, President Trump successfully renegotiated the aging North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) nearly a year ago.

While NAFTA served Alaska well for a number of years, there is no doubt the 25-year-old agreement is past its prime. It is increasingly hurting Alaskan businesses with lax enforcement of illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing; failure to police fishing subsidies; and outdated intellectual property and digital trade rules.

Trump’s USMCA makes historic improvements in these areas. Since the 1990s, the United States has worked to eliminate fishing subsidies, which often cause dangerous overfishing problems. Unfortunately, much of the world has not followed suit.

These subsidies allow foreign canneries to operate at a loss and market their products at discounted prices, giving them a market edge over U.S. fishermen and processors. While the largest offender is plainly China, the USMCA would ensure that our continental neighbors are not destroying our shared oceans or the economies of our Alaskan fishing communities.

The updated agreement also strengthens customs inspections, making it more difficult for bad actors to engage in unregulated fishing. Additionally, new rules on pollution from ships would help protect our fisheries by holding our trade allies to the same high standards we apply to ourselves.

Combined, these benchmarks would help guarantee the future viability of North America’s commercial and sport fishing industries. And while fish may be Alaska’s largest export, many innovators would also benefit from the USMCA’s new intellectual property protections.

The unique challenges presented by Alaska’s sheer size and rugged environment have long driven technological progress. Examples of Alaskan’s pioneering spirit include GPS-based landings that were developed in the fjords of southeast Alaska; the 800-mile Trans-Alaska Pipeline, which features an assortment of groundbreaking safety features; and countless oil exploration breakthroughs.

The USMCA would protect advancements like these by requiring our continental trade partners to adopt our intellectual property laws. New measures include 15 years of protection for industrial designs, automatic patent extensions to mitigate bureaucratic delays, and further remedies when state-owned companies steal trade secrets.

Each of these protections requires no new legislation in the United States and would even the playing field across North America. Unfortunately, these commonsense measures are being blocked by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., who refuses to bring the USMCA to the House floor.

Despite Mexico’s ratification of the deal in June, Democrats remain content to harm businesses in Alaska and other states by using the trade deal as a political pawn – a sharp contrast from when Republicans voted to give President Obama wide berth in negotiating the failed Trans-Pacific Partnership.

The good news is that Democrats may be ready to reverse their policy of economic obstruction, with Pelosi reporting that she is “on a path to yes.” After a nearly yearlong delay, let’s hope her path is a brief one.

It’s past time for Congress to set aside political games and deliver American workers the economic victory they deserve.

Retiring American Airlines pilot gives his wings to child with Down syndrome

An American Airlines pilot capped off his 35 year run in the air by giving one passenger a very special gift.

Captain Joe Weis gave his AA Captain wings to Ki Klitenick, 2, a child with Down syndrome on the tarmac of Miami International Airport following a flight from Madrid on Oct. 2.

Flight 69 was the pilot’s last before retirement, which was fitting considering it was Klitenick’s first time in the air.

Barcelona, Spain – August 21, 2018: American Airlines Boeing 777-200ER banking left after taking off from El Prat Airport in Barcelona, Spain.

When he received his new wings in the cockpit, Klitenick smiled and clapped. He even said “thank you” in sign language after Weis pinned them to his shirt.

“It’s so amazing what he did. The whole thing was so cool,” Ki’s mother, Sarah Tamar Klitenick, told the Orlando Sentinel.

Chance circumstances helped give Ki a flight to remember. Sarah, 34, and Ki happened to sit next to Joe’s wife, Wendy, during the flight back from Spain.

“My last flight was very special for many reasons,” said Weis on Facebook. “Wendy was sitting in a row with Ki and his mom back from Madrid. She found out that this was his first flight. Since it was my last and his first we decided to make it special. So I pinned my AA Captain wings on him after we landed in Miami.”

Sarah and Wendy chatted before Wendy texted her husband as he was flying the plane. Weis eventually came out of the cockpit to meet with the young family.

“With all the negative things going on in the world, it’s just nice when people do things that are unbelievably nice,” Sarah told the Orlando Sentinel.

Since they’ve been home, Sarah says Ki can’t stop talking about his new wings and friend.

Klitenick told the outlet when she says “Captain,” her son responds “Joe!” and points to his chest where the wings are located.

2 wounded in shooting at New Hampshire church during wedding

A man with a handgun opened fire in a New Hampshire church during a wedding on Saturday, wounding two people, authorities said.

The perpetrator was subdued after some of the 40 wedding attendees tackled him to the ground. He was not seriously injured, and one guest sustained minor injuries in the struggle.

“Preliminary investigation of the matter indicates that this incident does not appear to be a random event,” authorities said in a statement. It was not clear if the people who were shot were part of the wedding or were attending as guests.

Antonio Brown wants off-field issues cleared up so he can make NFL return, report says

Antonio Brown wants to resolve his off-field issues so he can return to the NFL, even though he announced back in September he wasn’t interesting in playing in the league anymore, unnamed sources told ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.

Sources told ESPN that Brown hopes to have his playing status cleared up in the next few weeks before he signs with a team. They added that the wide receiver would wait to sign until it’s clear he would be allowed to play and that he’s been “training rigorously” and would welcome a return to the New England Patriots.

Brown is under investigation by the NFL following a civil suit filed by his former trainer, Britney Taylor, who alleged she was sexually assaulted by the wide receiver.

Another woman, an artist, told Sports Illustrated that Brown exposed himself to her while she was working on a mural at his home in Pittsburgh two years ago.

The NFL has yet to interview Brown as part of its investigation, and a source told ESPN they expect the league to speak with him, even though he’s a free agent.

Fitness blogger celebrates 3 years without Adderall after drug ‘ruined’ her life

A health and fitness vlogger has admitted to faking workouts after becoming addicted to a prescription stimulant which “ruined” her life.

Ashley Beeman, 34, runs the “Fit and Fabulous” blog, which encourages wellness through a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

But in 2015, she secretly got hooked on Adderall, after being diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) by her doctor using a one-page questionnaire. The mother-of-two, from New River, Ariz., said the weight loss results she achieved with the drug spurred her addiction as she dropped from 165 pounds to 128 pounds.

She admits to sharing misleading posts with her 32,000 social media followers during her addiction.

“I would fake my workouts for my social media followers and my business grew a ton, and I feel terrible about that now,” she said.  “People were complimenting me which spurred me on and made me feel great. I thought I looked fantastic but I was just skin and bones.”

But Beeman’s life quickly spiraled out of control as she began to run through her monthly prescription in just two weeks. She hit rock bottom when she ran out of Adderall at a family reunion, and became so anxious she couldn’t interact with her family.

In June 2016 she vowed to quit the controversial drug – and after enduring a “nightmare” detox period, she is now celebrating three years without it.

With the support of her husband Dusty Beeman, 36, she came clean to her social media followers about her former addiction.

“A year after I had given up I knew I had to come clean on my Facebook page,” Beeman, mom of kids Dylan, 8, and Davin, 6, said.

“I had pretended to be living this really healthy lifestyle to all my followers and I owed them an explanation,” she said. “I went live on Facebook and I received such a warm reaction. Everyone was really supportive and they started sharing their own struggles with Adderall.”

“When I first got clean I felt guilty but now I’ve tried to forgive myself and move on. Now, I genuinely love to work out and eat well,” she explained.

During her addiction, Beeman says she was terrified of running out of Adderall.

“I would lie to pharmacists and doctors,” she confessed. “I would make up ridiculous excuses like I dropped my prescription script into the lake and they would just give me another.”

PHILADELPHIA AIRPORT VISITORS MAY HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO MEASLES, OFFICIALS WARN

“On Adderall I would hardly sleep. I would be up all night staring at the ceiling. Sometimes I would have a few glasses of wine just to get to sleep,” she said. “I was always constipated. Sometimes I wouldn’t have a bowel movement for up to two weeks at a time.”

“I wasn’t focused on my family in any way,” Beeman continued. “When I was on Adderall I was selfish. I was just living my life and I wasn’t present for my children. I wouldn’t spend time with them.”

“I feel like I’ve missed a lot of memories with my youngest one. I became obsessed with my business,” she went on. “I felt like I was being really productive but in reality I probably was just a tornado. I would jump from task to task maniacally.”

Beeman described her comedowns as “a nightmare” and says she would spend days vomiting and shaking until she could get a new fix.

“I went to Cancun at the end of March 2015 for a conference. I was really anxious and I ended up taking my whole prescription early on in the trip. I didn’t think I could do it without Adderall,” she recalled.

“I had to get a flight home to Arizona without Adderall and it was awful. You’re so, so tired and you can’t eat enough food,” she said. “You throw up and you shiver. Your heart feels like it’s going to jump out of your chest.”

In 2016, Beeman realized it was time to seek help.

“I explained to a new doctor that I really wanted to get off Adderall because it was ruining my life,” the woman explained. “We did my blood work and it turned out I had Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune condition and hyperthyroidism that may have been the cause of all of my symptoms in the first place. I think I was misdiagnosed with ADD.”

“So I went cold turkey on Adderall. It was such a hard transition. I was so unwell,” Beeman said.  “In the first three weeks I put on 20 pounds, which was devastating for me at that time, [as] my view of my body had become so warped.”

“But I didn’t want to go back so I pushed forward. I wanted to experience my life. But I craved Adderall so much for a long time,” she remembered. “I had to work a lot on body positivity and finding an inner worth that didn’t depend on my looks or my weight. I weigh 150 pounds now and I’ve learned to love my body.”

“It wasn’t always great. My first year off Adderall I still punished myself with crazy diets but I don’t do that anymore,” Beeman said. “I hate looking back at photos of myself during that time because I don’t look good, even though I thought I looked amazing.

“When I watch old videos, you can tell by my eyes I’m not really there.”

Now, the woman feels she truly present with her family and business once again.

She said: “I’ve worked hard to make memories with my children in the present. I hardly remember ever playing with them while I was on Adderall. Now family is my priority.”

“My relationship with my husband has grown a lot,” she continued. “Our business took a big hit during that time because he had to do everything.”

Beeman now hopes to warn others that the drug can have a devastating impact on their lives, claiming the drug is far too easy to access in the America.

“Adderall is so easy to get. All you have to do is walk into a clinic and that’s so wrong,” the blogger said. “I was spending $150 every other week to get my stock and it was so easy. I would just say I lost my prescription and if that didn’t work, it was very easy to get in other ways.”

“It’s not taken seriously. The fact that a paper quiz determines if you have ADD or not is nuts,” she claimed. “It took over my life for a really long time.”
