That’s paw-litics.

An official livestream in Pakistan was mocked Friday after a regional minister appeared to be wearing kitty ears after a mishap involving part of Facebook’s “cat filter.”

Shaukat Yousafzai was speaking with reporters after a cabinet meeting when the purr-fect filter — with whiskers and bright pink ears — appeared.

Users quickly noticed the mishap on the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party’s official page, and it was deleted within minutes, AFP reported. But not before amused viewers screenshotted it for posterity.

“The cat filter was turned on by mistake…Let’s not take everything so seriously,” he said. “I wasn’t the only one — two officials sitting along me were also hit by the cat filter.”

The political party’s social media team in a statement blamed “human error” for the accident, and said “all necessary actions have been taken to avoid such incident in future.”

South Carolina woman arrested for cruising down the road in a child’s toy truck while impaired

South Carolina police charged a woman with public intoxication after finding her cruising down the road in a child’s motorized toy truck, according to reports.

The arrest of Megan Holman, 25, on a charge of operating a silver Power Wheels truck under the influence of a narcotic happened Monday in Walhalla, S.C., not far from her home.

Police said she avoided a DUI charge because her mode of transport was a toy, not a vehicle, Buzz Feed News reported.

Philippines aims to sell 2.2M pounds of mangoes in June after fruitful harvest: official

The Philippines announced a new agriculture program this week that is aimed at selling over 2.2 millions pounds of fresh mangos in the month of June after a fruitful harvest left the country with a huge surplus.

Agriculture Secretary Emmanuel “Manny” Pinol announced operation “Metro Mango” on Sunday, after a number of mango farmers on the island of Luzon expressed concern that the nearly 4.4 million pounds of mangoes harvested this season would go to waste.

A bank robber in Israel allegedly burglarized two banks last month by threatening bank tellers with an avocado he claimed was a grenade.

The thief, identified as a 47-year-old man, stole almost $8,400 from two banks in Beersheba with his avocado, which he painted black, and a misspelled handwritten note demanding money from the bank teller.

“Hand over the money in the drawer,” the note read, according to The Times of Israel. The man allegedly told the woman: “Put the money in the bag or I’ll quickly throw this grenade.”

The robber was holding the edible “grenade” and got away with nearly $4,500.

Less than a week later, the man pulled the same stunt using the imposter grenade at another bank, and successfully stole more than $3,300, the news outlet reported.

Investigators were able to track the man’s cell phone, and identified him as a former convict who previously served three years for robbery.

Facebook users were quick to thank police and the owner of the backpack. One user wrote it was “very thoughtful helping the police with there [inquiries] lol.”

Oregon high school students involved in senior prank must pay for cleanup, may not walk at graduation: principal

Westlake Legal Group Gladstone-HS Oregon high school students involved in senior prank must pay for cleanup, may not walk at graduation: principal Talia Kaplan fox-news/us/us-regions/west/oregon fox-news/us/education/high-school fox-news/odd-news fox news fnc/us fnc article a8bd5a26-8dac-52bf-996a-5d6206e86bcd

A senior prank carried out by students at an Oregon high school may have cost them the opportunity to walk at their graduation. The principal of the school also reportedly plans to charge each student who was involved about $50 to cover the cost of cleaning up the mess.

The principal of Gladstone High School, about 12 miles south of Portland, said the students illegally entered the school early Friday morning and manipulated a custodian to open rooms for them in order to carry out the prank, KGW-TV in Portland reported.

Once inside the school, more than three dozen students moved hundreds of desks out of the classrooms and into the hallway, the media outlet reported. The students also reportedly replaced erasers with hot dogs.

CALIFORNIA HIGH SCHOOL’S SENIOR ‘PRANK’ REPORTEDLY INVOLVED LETTER MANDATING GENITAL INSPECTION

Gladstone High School’s principal, Kevin Taylor, called the prank a “breach in trust” and said it was “disrespectful” to the staff, in an email he sent to parents on Friday. He wrote that he was planning to charge each of the 44 students involved about $47 to cover the cleanup cost.

“Students were warned during at least two different senior meetings that if they participated in a senior prank consequences could be up to and including students not walking graduation night,” Taylor wrote. “It was also stated that vandalism may be addressed by the police.”

The principal said students, using a ladder, got on to the school’s roof, came into the courtyard and let other students into the building once they were inside. “This is referred to as breaking and entering,” Taylor wrote in the letter.

BODY FOUND IN OREGON HOME CONFIRMED AS ORIGINAL MOUSEKETEER DENNIS DAY, POLICE SAY

Once inside, he said, the students “manipulated and abused” the custodian to open rooms for them.

“He thought they were continuing some part of senior events and graduation and a surprise for teachers,” Taylor wrote. “Some students told him the furniture they were moving out would be put back.”

Taylor said students then moved hundreds of desks from classrooms into three different hallways, blocking the halls.

“This year GHS upgraded the cameras and all of the students were easily identified on video,” he wrote in the email.

Taylor added that he and other staff members had to move all the furniture back into the rooms and, as a result, they did not have time to prepare for the day or grade papers.

“Factoring in staff hours and costs to move furniture and reset the building, the total is $2092.32,” Taylor told parents in the email, adding that since 44 students were involved, each student identified will have to pay $47.55 to cover the costs.

“I thought it was a great prank,” Lorrie Dye, a grandmother of one of the seniors involved, told KGW. “It didn’t hurt anybody.”

She added that it would be “terrible” if the students wouldn’t be allowed to walk in their graduation or would have to pay nearly $50 because of the prank.

Taylor wrote in the email to parents, “The final determination of consequences beside cost will be considered over the weekend,” adding that he was consulting with the district office on that decision. “Further information about consequences will be communicated on Monday.”

Neither the school district nor Gladstone High School’s principal or vice principal immediately responded to Fox News’ requests for comment.

A Mississippi laundromat employee was attacked by a customer in a wild encounter that was caught on surveillance video.

Sheri McClatchy, who works at The Clothes Basket in Holly Springs, told WREG that in her two years at the laundromat, she “never had any trouble at all, never a cross word with anybody.”

On Friday, she reminded two female customers not to overload the washing machines, which is when a third woman chimed in, telling her it would be the laundromat’s responsibility if the washing machines broke.

“Just started telling me how she was a law student,” McClatchy said. “It had nothing to do with her. She was just another customer in here using the dryer.”

Soon after, McClatchy said she was slammed against dryers at the laundromat. The two women were caught on camera fighting in the business.

Eventually, the customer’s wig falls off and the two fall to the floor. McClatchy said she walked out of the laundromat, but the customer followed her — which is when the employee says she drew her gun, scaring the customer.

While authorities arrived after the incident, the customer had fled the scene. McClatchy said she hopes that if the customer ever becomes a lawyer, she “hope[s] she learns to hold her composure a whole lot better.”

Marine or mermaid? Service member’s photo shoot a joke for buddies deployed overseas, he says

A U.S. Marine stationed in Florida got a little risqué recently, posing as a mermaid in a professional photo shoot – all to raise the spirits of his buddies deployed overseas, according to reports.

Beau Shepherd told Louisville FOX station WDRB-TV the mermaid choice was personal.

“Well, my job in the Marines is amphibious, as in we move from sea to land, so I wanted to include that,” he said. “So I mainly wanted something as a joke to my Marine buddies that would make them laugh at the ridiculousness of it all.”

The photo shoot involved Shepherd wearing a luxurious turquoise mermaid tale – and not much else.

Jacqueline Elliot, with Magic Memories Photography in Trinity, Fla., said Shepherd is the father of one of her daughter’s classmates.
