A week after a video of Prince Harry talking with Disney CEO Bob Iger surfaced, a new video has been unearthed showing the royal and his wife, Meghan Markle, speaking with director Jon Favreau about voiceover work.

In the video, Harry, 35, and Markle, 38, were seen talking to Favreau, 53, a frequent Disney collaborator, pitching voiceover work.

“Next time anyone needs any voiceover work, we can make ourselves available,” Harry said in the video obtained by the Daily Mail.

MEGHAN MARKLE, PRINCE HARRY’S ‘MEGXIT’ DEAL TO LAST FOR A YEAR: REPORT

“Anything like that,” the Prince said to the “Lion King” director. “Just not Scar. That’s a no to Scar.”

In the video, Markle also joked, saying, “That’s really why we’re here, to pitch,” with a laugh.

Aside from “Lion King,” Favreau directed Disney’s most recent iteration of “The Jungle Book” and recently helmed the live-action “Star Wars” television series “The Mandalorian” on Disney+. Favreau also directed “Iron Man” and “Iron Man 2,” and starred in several Marvel films as Happy Hogan.

The video of the discussion surfaced days after the Daily Mail released a video of Harry speaking to Iger about a possible collaboration.

“You know, she does voiceovers,” Harry could be heard saying to Iger, 68, as the prince pointed to his wife.

MEGHAN MARKLE, PRINCE HARRY EXPECTED TO STILL RECEIVE FUNDS FROM PRINCE CHARLES: REPORT

“Oh really, I did not know that,” Iger said.

“She’s really interested,” said Harry.

“We’d love to try,” Iger responded.

Both conversations took place at the premiere of “Lion King,” which served as a partnership between Disney and the royals, raising funds for Harry’s African wildlife conservation efforts.

Both videos were unearthed after it was announced that Markle signed a deal with Disney, providing voiceover work for an unknown, upcoming project.

The work was done in exchange for a donation to nonprofit in Botswana.

SAG Awards 2020: The Complete Winners List

Westlake Legal Group 5e20d50b24000033006c42c2 SAG Awards 2020: The Complete Winners List

The entire awards season is essentially all about celebrating actors, but there’s only one ceremony every year that’s voted on solely by the stars themselves: the Screen Actors Guild Awards.

The 26th annual ceremony kicked off at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles Sunday night, paving a clear road ahead to Oscars glory, and honoring outstanding performances in television over the past year.

Top contenders in the film categories include Quentin Tarantino’s “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood,” Martin Scorsese’s three-and-a-half-hour mafia saga “The Irishman” and Jay Roach’s Fox News drama ”Bombshell.” Each film was nominated for four awards. “Jojo Rabbit” and “Parasite” from South Korean filmmaker Bong Joon Ho are also in the running for the night’s top prize — the award for Best Ensemble — with the latter being only the second foreign film to ever be nominated in that category.

Since the awards are decided by active members of the SAG-AFTRA guild, a group that heavily overlaps with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences voting pool, it is a key bellwether of who will win at the Oscars.

The SAG Awards could also provide some redemption for stars like Jennifer Lopez, who delivered a career-best performance in “Hustlers,” and Lupita Nyong’o, who is nominated for a terrifying dual performance in “Us,” after they missed out on Oscar nods, which were announced last week.

Netflix once again dominated the SAG nominations in film and television categories — at the beginning of the night, it had potential to win 20 trophies. Among television shows, “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel,” starring Rachel Brosnahan, dominated with four nominations, with “The Crown,” “Fleabag,” “Game of Thrones,” “The Kominsky Method,” “The Morning Show” and “Stranger Things” trailing not far behind, with three nods each.

Leonardo DiCaprio will present screen legend Robert De Niro, who was snubbed in the Best Actor category for his performance in “The Irishman,” with this year’s Life Achievement Award to recognize his accomplishments on and off screen over his 54-year career.

For the first time since 2017, the ceremony will forego a master of ceremonies, following the recent trends of host-less awards shows.

Prince Harry breaks silence after ‘Megxit’ announcement: ‘No other option’

Westlake Legal Group Prince-Harry Prince Harry breaks silence after 'Megxit' announcement: 'No other option' Nate Day fox-news/world/world-regions/united-kingdom fox-news/world/personalities/will fox-news/world/personalities/queen fox-news/world/personalities/kate fox-news/world/personalities/british-royals fox-news/topic/royals fox-news/person/prince-harry fox-news/entertainment/celebrity-news/meghan-markle fox news fnc/entertainment fnc article a3084952-80af-5bb5-8716-9e67581c78b4

Prince Harry on Sunday publicly addressed his decision to “step back” from royal life, saying he wanted to continue supporting Queen Elizabeth without public funding, but “unfortunately, that wasn’t possible.”

In a speech given at a dinner for supporters of the Sentebale charity in London, the Prince addressed why he and his wife, Meghan Markle, chose to relinquish their “royal highness” titles and move part-time to Canada.

“Before I begin, I must say that I can only imagine what you may have heard, or perhaps read, over the past few weeks,” Harry began. “So, I want you to hear the truth from me — as much as I can share, not as a prince or a duke, but as Harry, the same person that many of you have watched grow up over the past 35 years, but now with a clearer perspective.”

MEGHAN MARKLE, PRINCE HARRY TO STILL BE CALLED DUKE AND DUCHESS, PAY BACK MONEY FOR HOME RENOVATION

“The U.K. is my home and a place that I love. That will never change,” he continued. “I have grown up feeling supported by so many of you, and I watched as you welcomed Meghan with open arms, as you saw the love and happiness that I had hoped for all my life. Finally, the second son of Diana got hitched, hooray!”

Harry then stressed that he and Markle still held the same values, and she’s still the same woman he’s loved. He also recounted the excitement they felt when they began their journey together, and addressed the “great sadness” he feels at the situation becoming so dire.

“The decision that I have made for my wife and I to step back is not one I made lightly,” the Prince said. “It was so many months of talks after so many years of challenges. And I know I haven’t always gotten it right, but as far as this goes, there really was no other option. What I want to make clear is, we’re not walking away, and we certainly aren’t walking away from you.”

MEGHAN MARKLE, PRINCE HARRY EXPECTED TO STILL RECEIVE FUNDS FROM PRINCE CHARLES: REPORT

Harry then explained that he and Markle, 38, originally hoped to support the queen without funds from the public.

“Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible,” he stated. “I’ve accepted this knowing it doesn’t change who I am or how committed I am, but I hope it helps you understand what it had come to, that I would step my family back from all I have ever known to take a step forward into what I hope can be a more peaceful life.”

Harry then thanked the crowd for taking “me under your wing” after the death of his mother, Diana, 23 years ago.

“You looked after me for so long, but the media is a powerful force. And my hope is one day our collective support for each other can be more powerful because this is so much bigger than just us,” he said. “It has been our privilege to serve you, and we will continue to lead a life of service. So in that respect, nothing changes.”

Harry concluded by saying he holds “the utmost respect” for his grandmother, and is “incredibly grateful for the support his family has shown him in recent months.

“I will continue to be the same man who holds his country dear and dedicates his life to supporting the causes, charities and military communities that are so important to me,” said Harry. “Together, you have given me an education about living, and this role has taught me more about what is right and just than I could ever have imagined. We are taking a leap of faith, so thank you for giving me the courage to take this next step.”

The speech came after the announcement that Harry and Markle will no longer be referred to as “royal highness” and will pay back the $3.1 million they used to renovate their home, Frogmore Cottage.

A video of the speech was posted to the official Instagram page of Harry and Markle, simply captioned: “Remarks from The Duke of Sussex at tonight’s dinner for supporters of Sentebale in London.”

Prince Harry Addresses Royal Exit: ‘There Was No Other Option’

Westlake Legal Group 5e169685250000dce1d3234d Prince Harry Addresses Royal Exit: ‘There Was No Other Option’

Prince Harry addressed the reality of his royal exit and the past few weeks of turmoil on Sunday night at a dinner in honor of supporters of the Sentebale charity he founded many years ago.

“Good evening everyone, and thank you very much for being here for Sentebale,” the prince said, beginning a six-minute speech that was shared on the Sussex Royal Instagram page.

“Before I begin, I can only imagine what you’ve heard or perhaps read in the past few weeks,” he said. “So, I want you to hear the truth from me, as much as I can share. Not as a prince, or a duke, but as Harry — the same person that many of you have watched grow up in the past 35 years.”

He went on:

“The U.K. is my home and a place that I love. That will never change. I’ve grown up feeling supported from so many of you and I watched as you welcomed Meghan with open arms, as you saw me find the love and happiness that I’d hoped for all my life.

I also know you’ve come to know me well enough over all these years to trust that the woman I chose as my wife upholds the same values as I do,” he told the crowd. “And she does, and she’s the same woman I fell in love with. We both do everything we can to fly the flag and carry out our roles for this country with pride. Once Meghan and I were married, we were excited, we were hopeful, and we were here to serve.”

“It brings me great sadness it’s come to this,” the duke said of his step back as a working royal, saying that he had hoped to still serve the queen even as he and Meghan stopped taking public funds, but “there was no other option.”

Harry added:

“The decision that I have made for my wife and I to step back is not one I made lightly. It was so many months of talks after so many years of challenges. And I know I haven’t always gotten it right, but as far as this goes, there really was no other option. What I want to make clear is we’re not walking away, and we certainly aren’t walking away from you.

“Our hope was to continue serving the queen, the commonwealth, and my military associations, but without public funding. Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible. I’ve accepted this, knowing that it doesn’t change who I am or how committed I am,” he said. “I hope that helps you understand what it had to come to, that I would step my family back from all I have ever known, to take a step forward into what I hope can be a more peaceful life.”

“It has been our privilege to serve you and we will continue to live a life of service,” he said of his “leap of faith” and “next step” alongside Meghan.

On Saturday, the queen released a statement through Buckingham Palace regarding the final details of the Sussexes’ exit as working members of the royal family.

In the extremely personal statement, the monarch also singled out Meghan with praise.

“Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be much loved members of my family,” the queen said. “I want to thank them for all their dedicated work across this country, the Commonwealth and beyond, and am particularly proud of how Meghan has so quickly become one of the family.”

According to the terms in the statement, Meghan and Harry will no longer be able to carry out royal duties, will drop their His and Her Royal Highness titles, and will not receive public funding as of spring 2020. They will also pay commercial rent on their U.K. home, Frogmore Cottage, and reimburse the British public the $3.06 million used for renovations.

Tennessee Titans’ Dennis Kelly sets big record with touchdown catch in AFC Championship game

Tennessee Titans offensive lineman Dennis Kelly set a record in the AFC Championship game against the Kansas City Chiefs with his touchdown catch in the second quarter.

Trump immigration policies showing results, with illegal border crossings plummeting

Illegal crossings at the U.S.-Mexico border plummeted after the Trump administration required asylum seekers to wait in Mexico for court hearings in the U.S., according to a report.

When the policy took effect in the Border Patrol’s Yuma sector in May, arrests hit 14,000. By October, they had fallen 94 percent, or around 800, and have stayed there since, making Yuma the second slowest of the agency’s nine sectors on the U.S.-Mexico border, according to statistics cited by The Associated Press.

There have been several reasons for the recent drop. Anthony Porvaznik, chief of the Border Patrol’s Yuma sector, said the so-called Migration Protection Protocols have been a huge deterrent, based on agents’ interviews with people arrested.

“Their whole goal was to be released into the United States, and once that was taken off the shelf for them, and they couldn’t be released into the United States anymore, then that really diminished the amount of traffic that came through here,” Porvaznik said.

In the neighboring Tucson sector, arrests rose each month from August to December, bucking a border-wide trend and making it the second-busiest corridor after Texas’ Rio Grande Valley. Porvaznik attributed Tucson’s spike to the policy’s late implementation.

Over 55,000 asylum-seekers were returned to Mexico to wait for hearings through November, 10 months after the policy first took effect in San Diego.

The immigrants were from more than three dozen countries, but nearly two out of three were Guatemalan or Honduran, according to Syracuse University’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse.

Critics have said the policy was unfair and exposed asylum-seekers to extreme violence in Mexican border cities, where attorneys could be difficult to find.

The American Civil Liberties Union and other groups asked to put the policy on hold during a legal challenge. The U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals heard arguments Oct. 1 and has not indicated when it may decide.

This past Tuesday, critics won a separate lawsuit when a federal judge in San Diego said asylum-seekers being returned to Mexico from California deserved access to hired attorneys before and during key interviews to determine if they could stay in the U.S. while their cases proceeded.

In Yuma, asylum-seekers have been held in short-term cells until space opened up to be returned to Mexicali through a neighboring California sector.

While illegal crossings have dropped in Yuma, asylum-seekers still have signed up on a waiting list to enter the U.S. at an official crossing in San Luis, Arizona.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has called the Mexican shelter managing the list to say how many asylum claims it would process each day. The shelter estimated the wait at three to four months.
