Instant Classic: NH Voter Has a Few Things to Say About Dems’ Thirst for Impeachment

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., departs the Capitol en route to a speaking event in Washington, Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2019. Pelosi will meet with her caucus later as more House Democrats are urging an impeachment inquiry amid reports that President Donald Trump pressured Ukraine to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden and his family. (AP Photo/J. Scott Applewhite)

What exactly have Democrats achieved since President Donald Trump was elected to office?

Well, it doesn’t seem like much. Indeed, it seems like all they have done is try to take Trump out. From the Russia collusion hoax to the present whistleblower complaint, they’re always and only about excuses to force him from office. It doesn’t matter what the excuse is or if there is no evidence.

But Americans are not with the Democratic politicians on this.

From USA Today:

A new Quinnipiac University poll released Wednesday shows a majority of Americans do not think President Donald Trump should be impeached and removed from office.

Only 37% of respondents think the president should be impeached and removed, while 57% do not.

In a clear partisan divide, 4% of Republicans and 73% of Democrats surveyed support impeachment. Those who responded against impeachment include 95% of Republicans surveyed and 21% of Democrats….

The Quinnipiac survey shows not much change in public opinion from last month, when a Monmouth poll also showed that 59% of respondents were opposed to impeachment and removal from office.

So despite all their efforts and constant assists from the media, Americans still are not buying what Democrats are selling.

Americans have already seen this movie, multiple times, and they’re tired of it.

And no one sums up the impeachment mania of the Democrats better than this man, a New Hampshire voter. He says it, for all of us.

“Biden got a nice little deal for his boy and got a whole bunch of money for him and his firm and nobody said nothing about it,” the man observed. “But all of a sudden, Trump opens his mouth and says something, and oh my god, impeach him!”

He chastised the Congress. “I think some of these people in Congress should get back to doing their job instead of what they’ve been doing for two years. We have people that are living in this country who are depending on them, doing stuff for us. And they’re not doing anything for us.”

The reporter interjects, saying Democrats are moving forward toward on impeachment, as though that were actually doing something for Americans. To which the New Hampshire man responds, “They’re crazy!”

Exactly.

This voter and other Americans are looking for what politicians are doing to help make America better.

They’re hearing that from Trump and the Republicans. They’re not hearing it from the Democrats who are just talking impeachment and taking their money.

And it’s these Americans who the Democrats are going to hear from in 2020.

BREAKING: Intel Community Secretly Changed the Whistle-Blower Rules to Allow the Trump-Ukraine Complaint Just Days Before It Was Filed

Westlake Legal Group a8636803-f428-4e76-ab5b-b516cf1d9e5e-620x317 BREAKING: Intel Community Secretly Changed the Whistle-Blower Rules to Allow the Trump-Ukraine Complaint Just Days Before It Was Filed whistle-blower Ukraine Rules Changed Politics Intel Community Front Page Stories Front Page Form Revised Featured Story donald trump democrats Deep State Days Before coup corruption August

This is a major, major development in the Trump-Ukraine saga and it points exactly at what a lot of people suspected.

The Federalist’s Sean Davis has discovered that the intel community secretly changed the rules governing whistle-blowers, including amending the required form, in order to allow 2nd hand information to suffice. This happened just days before the Trump-Ukraine whistle-blower filed his complaint.

The brand new version of the whistleblower complaint form, which was not made public until after the transcript of Trump’s July 25 phone call with the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky and the complaint addressed to Congress were made public, eliminates the first-hand knowledge requirement and allows employees to file whistleblower complaints even if they have zero direct knowledge of underlying evidence and only “heard about [wrongdoing] from others.”

The internal properties of the newly revised “Disclosure of Urgent Concern” form, which the intelligence community inspector general (ICIG) requires to be submitted under the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act (ICWPA), show that the document was uploaded on September 24, 2019, at 4:25 p.m., just days before the anti-Trump complaint was declassified and released to the public. The markings on the document state that it was revised in August 2019, but no specific date of revision is disclosed…

A previous version of the whistleblower complaint document, which the ICIG and DNI until recently provided to potential whistleblowers, declared that any complaint must contain only first-hand knowledge of alleged wrongdoing and that complaints that provide only hearsay, rumor, or gossip would be rejected.

“The [Intelligence Community Inspector General] cannot transmit information via the ICPWA based on an employee’s second-hand knowledge of wrongdoing,” the previous form stated under the bolded heading “FIRST-HAND INFORMATION REQUIRED.” “This includes information received from another person, such as when an employee informs you that he/she witnessed some type of wrongdoing.”

“If you think that wrongdoing took place, but can provide nothing more than second-hand or unsubstantiated assertions, [the Intelligence Community Inspector General] will not be able to process the complaint or information for submission as an ICWPA,” the form concluded.

Many have been baffled by the ability of the whistle-blower to file a complaint and force the release of a classified transcript based on nothing but 2nd and 3rd hand, illegal leaks. Now we know how that was possible. The Intel Community changed the rules at the same time the complaint was being written.

Here’s the biggest red flag with that. That complaint was so well written, so thorough, that there’s noway it wasn’t done over the course of weeks with involvement of others. Yet, it was submitted just days after this rule change was finalized and the news forms revised. That points directly at the whistle-blower and his team not only being aware the rule change would happen, but that the rule change was made specifically for them.

Here’s another issue that’s going to be pressed in the coming days. Was the form even really revised in August? Because the actual form that claims an August revision was only actually released two days ago on September 25th. It looks like it could be back-fill to cover up the intel community originally breaking the rules by allowing the complaint.

This complaint is looking more and more like a coordinated hit. The way it was written, the timeline involved, the way Adam Schiff knew about it weeks before it was even filed, and now this rule change which made it even possible. It’s all too much to be coincidence.

Certainly, the mainstream media will ignore this as they always do. The real test will be whether certain conservatives who’ve been defending all this the past few days will now begin to question their presumptions.

For all the gnashing of teeth and sneering condemnations hurled at those who have used the term “deep state,” that’s what this is. This is un-elected, secret government officials trying to remove a President and being willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish that.

It’s out in the open now and it has to be reckoned with.

GoFundMe and other such services have provided a great benefit for people to be able to crowdfund for causes they care about, such as medical or financial emergencies.

But as we’ve seen, particularly in the past two years, there’s another possible use of the service. That is to reward or provide “legal services” for people who feature prominently in some of the biggest political battles between Republicans and Democrats.

Former FBI officials Peter Strzok and Andrew McCabe are two of the recipients of this new boon. Despite the fact that both were found to have acted improperly and that they were well-paid officials, they each got hundreds of thousands of dollars from folks on the left because they were viewed as being against President Donald Trump or his agenda. Strzok ended with $452,248 and McCabe with $566,836.

Christine Blasey Ford was another one, whose GFM said that she had to provide for security in the face of death threats. There were two main Ford-connected accounts, one that raised $647,610 and another, run by a Georgetown law professor which made $209,982.

Ford announced in a note on her main account in November of last year that any unused funds for her security would be donated to organizations which supported trauma survivors. She said that she would be posting on the GFM page when she’d selected the organizations where the funds can best be used. There is however no further note on that page. The other GFM account makes no mention of anyone getting any money other than Ford.

Now, in the latest political drama surrounding the whistleblower complaint filed by a member of the intelligence community, the whistleblower already has a GoFundMe to raise money for legal expenses. Who could have guessed?

The GFM was started by the whistleblower’s attorneys and money raised would go toward legal fees, although the lawyers have not charged the person anything so far. Money will also be spent on such things as additional expenses and such things as travel.

The GFM, which was started two days ago, is now already over $140,000.

This concept of crowdfunding raises a new and rather troubling specter – that someone in the future could tailor his actions or statements to make that money or the account might be used as a way of paying people off for serving a political agenda. There is no evidence that the whistleblower has done that.

However, it’s easy to see how someone else could. As if the political arena wasn’t already supercharged enough.

Nothing Remains of This Know-Nothing Democrat but Hair, Teeth, and Eyeballs After Thomas Homan Gets Done

Westlake Legal Group thomas-homan-620x317 Nothing Remains of This Know-Nothing Democrat but Hair, Teeth, and Eyeballs After Thomas Homan Gets Done Thomas Homan Politics Immigration and Customs Enforcement immigration and citizenship subcommittee immigration Front Page Stories Featured Story democrats Congress Allow Media Exception

File – In this Dec. 5, 2017 file photo, then Acting Director for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Thomas Homan takes a question from a reporter at a Department of Homeland Security news conference in Washington. A federal immigration official says about 800 people living in Northern California were able to avoid arrest because of a warning by Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf. Homan, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement chief, told “Fox and Friends” Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2018, that what Schaaf did was “no better than a gang lookout yelling ‘police’ when a police cruiser comes in the neighborhood.” (AP Photo/Andrew Harnik, File)

One of the unsung heroes in the fight over border security is former acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement Thomas Homan. The guy is not only an authority of immigration policy and the nuts-and-bolts of how all the components of the immigration system works, he has damned little patience for idiots or stooges which means he and House Democrats and their staffs do not have a great relationship.

He probably received the most attention for an encounter he had with the “Squad” leader and general twit, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez. (Read my AOC Suffers Third Degree Burns Over 90% Of Her Butt After This Encounter With Former Acting ICE Director Thomas Homan for details.)

Homan was back on the Hill yesterday at a hearing on detention policy before the House Immigration and Citizenship Subcommittee. Compared to the goat-rope about the so-called whisleblower complaint, this was an undercard match, but it provided a great deal of amusement on its own.

This was the view from the left

This is how Americans viewed the carnage

Here is Townhall colleague Leah Barkoukis

During a House Subcommittee on Immigration and Citizenship hearing on “The Expansion and Troubling Use of ICE Detention,” Homan and [Washington Democrat Pramila] Jayapal, the vice chairwoman, got into a shouting match, which started after she brought up reallocating funds to go towards more detention beds.

“I’d like to remind you, under the Obama administration, we did that most of the years he was president. We moved money around DHS — it’s called reprogramming. We did that under the Obama administration, and I don’t remember any hearings on that,” Homan said, reminding her that during the border surge under Obama Congress was quick to give the money needed.

“I didn’t like it under the Obama administration either,” she replied.

At another point, Homan explained why there’s such a crisis at the border, placing the blame on Democrats in Congress.

“Look, you want to know why there’s 50,000 people in detention? You want to know why there are a million illegal entries into the United States? You want to know why we have these issues? Because you have failed to secure the border,” Homan said. “You guys failed to work with this president to close the three loopholes we’ve asked for two years to close.”

Jayapal interrupted to cut him off because his time was up, but he continued nonetheless.

“I’ve asked you politely to let me go beyond my time, and you let other people go beyond their time, but not to Tom Homan!” he fired back.

Jayapal slammed her gavel down to quiet a frustrated Homan, who exclaimed, “This is a circus.”

The situation escalated from there, with Jayapal demanding that he “respect the chair’s authority.”

When he started to respond, she once again began banging her gavel.

“Mr. Homan!” she yelled.

“You work for me!” he shot back. “I’m a taxpayer. I’m a taxpayer, you work for me.”

One thing we’re seeing under Trump are more and more executive branch officers willing to call out members of Congress on their own actions and duplicity. Instead of meekly sitting there and being abused, there is a realization that they are members of a different branch of government and they owe no obeisance to quasi-literates who often can’t be bothered to even master the slightest bit of knowledge about the agencies and programs they are supposed to be overseeing. In the long run, this is good. Before a member of Congress grandstands at the expense of a literal expert in the field, they should be required to either have their stuff together or take a verbal beat down. It will make for better members of Congress and more informative hearings. And watching the left squirt blood out of their whatever in rage over seeing their precious ones disrespected is definitely a big plus.

Report: A Drug Being Used to Stop Puberty in Transgender Children Has Killed Over 6000

Westlake Legal Group photographer-920128_1280-620x408 Report: A Drug Being Used to Stop Puberty in Transgender Children Has Killed Over 6000 Uncategorized transgender Science michael laidlaw mario lopez lupron Health Front Page Stories Featured Story FDA Culture children Allow Media Exception

Stopping nature is all the rage these days, but reportedly, young people are at mortal risk from the halt.

According to The Christian Post, data from the Food & Drug Administration reveals 6,300 adults have died from a drug currently being used to block puberty in transgendered children:

Between 2012 and June 30 of this year, the FDA documented over 40,764 adverse reactions suffered by patients who took Leuprolide Acetate (Lupron), which is used as a hormone blocker. More than 25,500 reactions logged from 2014-2019 were considered ‘serious,’ including 6,370 deaths.

Might the news be a deterrent to altering kids’ natural biological processes? Hollywood seems to be leading the pack in letting tykes decide they’re the opposite sex (here and here), and Mario Lopez got recently reamed for saying he didn’t understand it (here).

But physiologically altering a body which hasn’t yet been fully formed is next-level.

And that usage hasn’t been approved by the FDA:

Lupron is being prescribed off-label for use in children who have been diagnosed with gender dysphoria despite the lack of formal FDA approval for that purpose. The drug is clinically approved for treatment of precocious puberty, a condition where children start their pubertal processes at an abnormally early age and the blocker is administered for a short time until the proper age.

As noted by The Daily Wire, a previous CP piece claimed third graders are being given such powerful drugs:

Under the nebulous concept of “gender identity,” children as young as 8 are receiving injections for gender transition treatment… … The phrase was defined in a recent court case as a person’s “core internal sense” of their own gender and that it was the “primary factor” in determining their sex, not biology.

There’s a host of changes being hoisted upon Mother Nature.

From TDW:

Gender-confused teen girls as young as 13, [California-based endocrinologist Michael Laidlaw] warned, are having their breasts removed via mastectomy procedures, and boys the age of 17 are developing penises the developmental age of a nine-year-old’s or losing sexual sensation all together due to hormone blockers. Laidlaw cited TLC’s I Am Jazz star Jazz Jennings as such an example. Jazz, who is male-to-female transgender, has reportedly never experienced sexual sensations or orgasms because of puberty-blocking drugs, the endocrinologist said.

Michael called the injection of drugs such as Lupron “experiment[s]”:

“This whole thing is an experiment on children,” Laidlaw asserted. “We are ignoring the voices of desisters and people who have come out of this and recognize their sex. And the NIH is allowing unethical research to be conducted on adolescents, in my opinion.”

More conventionally, Lupron is used to treat prostate cancer.

Back in July, Kira Davis wrote about the left’s despicable doxxing of the family behind the cute “Mini AOC” Twitter account. The personal threats and invasion into their privacy forced the family to stop making the parody videos mocking the real AOC that made so many people laugh, but it was understandable. Safety first and all that.

But in the aftermath of liberals recently holding up 16-year-old climate change activist Greta Thunberg as some sort of unquestionable absolute moral authority on all things climate-related, Mini AOC decided she’d stayed in the shadows long enough, and returned.

Her latest video tackles a variety of topics. Climate change, of course, is one of them. So is transgenderism, which Mini AOC originally thought equated to Mother Nature transitioning into being Father Nature! But she saved her strongest criticisms for the liberal defenders of her “former classmate” Thunberg, who Mini AOC says she hasn’t seen in person since “George Soros showed up and took Greta out of class one day.” Why defend her, Mini AOC asked liberals, when you forced me off the Internet? Why is it ok for teenager Thunberg to speak for adults, but I can’t do it because I’m just a kid?, she wondered.

In short: Why all the double standards?

Two Alleged Child Rapists Released And On The Run After Local Police Declined To Hold Them For ICE

Two separate police departments — one in New York and one in New Jersey — released alleged child child rapists back into the public after Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) requested they be held, and those requests denied.

At least one of the men was arrested for what sounds like assault and restraint of a child younger than 16. The other is charged with rape of a minor under 17.

ICE told local news outlets that they requested both men be held until ICE was able to come pick them up. But jails denied those requests and subsequently released the suspects. Both men are now listed as fugitives.

ICE says the first man — Luciano Trejo-Dominguez – was arrested by Vineland, New Jersey police for allegedly restraining and sexually assaulting a child younger than 16 on Aug. 12.

Over the next two days, ICE and Pacific Enforcement Response Center both filed detainers to have Trejo-Dominguez held at the Cumberland County Jail. Those requests were denied and the alleged rapist was released on Aug. 23.

Trejo-Dominguez has been charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault of a victim 13-15 years-old, criminal restraint, criminal sexual contact, and endangering the welfare of a child.

The other man – Joaquin Rodriguez Quiroz — was arrested in Westchester County New York on charges of 3rd degree rape and was released after posting bond despite attempts by ICE to have the man detained until ICE could arrive and take custody.

Just this week, ICE arrested 54 people in New Jersey and complained that local jails were releasing wanted immigrants under a new rule that allowed local jails latitude to make a release decision relative to the seriousness of the crime.

The arrested immigrants included people from a dozen countries, including 21 from Mexico, nine from El Salvador and seven from Brazil, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement officials said.

The sweep targeted immigrants living in the country illegally who had been released from local jails in New Jersey instead of being turned over to ICE’s enforcement and removal operations — known as ERO — for possible deportation.

The new rules — called the Immigrant Trust Directive — say local jails can’t honor an “ICE detainer” in New Jersey unless the detainee has been charged with or convicted of a serious crime or has a pending deportation order from a judge.

ICE officials objected to new rules, calling New Jersey a “sanctuary state” for failing to hold undocumented immigrants until ICE agents can pick them up. New Jersey officials have said they do not believe it is legal for local jails to hold prisoners for ICE without a court order.

ICE has also been conducting sweeps this week across New York, arresting 82 people over five days. According to ICE, over half of those 82 arrested in New York had previously been in custody awaiting ICE following a detainer request that was then denied.

Unsolicited Advice: Yes, You Can Attend That Wedding At A Plantation Venue

Westlake Legal Group oak-alley-plantation-439879_640-620x418 Unsolicited Advice: Yes, You Can Attend That Wedding At A Plantation Venue wedding etiquette Unsolicited Advice selfish guests plantation History Front Page Stories Featured Story discomfort Culture

Welcome to Unsolicited Advice, the weekly column in which I give advice to people who never asked for it and who don’t even know who I am.

Last week we delved into the uncomfortable world of actor Thomas Middleditch and his not-so-stable open marriage. This week we’re continuing our “marriage” theme with a peek at a plea for help to Slate’s Dear Prudence (definitely go give them some link love for bringing us this amazing post this week. It’s only fair).

A distressed wedding guest wrote in to ask if she/he should be expected to attend her/his dear, close friend’s wedding at a plantation.

Part of my friend’s wedding is taking place on a former plantation in the South. Members of my family were slaves on a plantation not that many generations ago, and the thought of attending the wedding of a white couple there is making me uncomfortable. I love my friend and her fiancée, and I don’t believe there’s any actively bad intent on their part, except maybe thoughtlessness. I don’t want to cause her any pain or make it seem like I’m putting her down, but I’d prefer not to attend the event that’s taking place there. I could still attend all of the other wedding events. What are your thoughts on this? I know that weddings in these types of venues are common, so I’m sure my discomfort is too. Is there a way to bow out of the event with kindness to the couple?

I won’t spoil Prudie’s answer but it’s worth a read…if only to laugh. Click here to read the response.

But this is Unsolicited Advice. It is my unwelcome response that is the primary purpose here, so here goes.

Dear Plantation Patty:

I can sympathize with the initial pang of discomfort at the thought of attending a social event at a plantation venue. I think most of us automatically feel that at the mention of the word ‘plantation’. That’s not weird.

What’s weird is your inability to set aside that discomfort for a few hours of your year and celebrate an amazing event with a couple you claim to love. You say you don’t believe there was any bad intent on their part…it’s troubling that you even mention that out loud. These are the people you love. What would their potential ‘bad intent’ have been in the first place?

“We’re planning a ceremony to celebrate our lifetime commitment in front of God and family, but we’ll only do it if we can simultaneously celebrate slavery and make all of our black friends uncomfortable as hell!”

I doubt that was ever even on the table. Which brings me to another point. You say they don’t have bad intent but describe the move as “thoughtless”. Well, God forbid the bride and groom not be thinking about you and the complexities of American history on the biggest day of their lives. Having planned my own wedding 150 years ago, I can guarantee you that your comfort level is the last thing on their mind. What they do probably have in mind is your presence at an event they want to share with you…because they love you. You’re so focused on the “thoughtlessness” of having a wedding event at a former plantation that you’ve skipped right over the part about how much these people mean to you and how much you mean to them. They’ve invited you to share in a once in a lifetime event – their wedding. They must really care about you.

All you can see is the past.

I say “former” plantation because I’m assuming they no longer use slave labor to run their business. I’m willing to bet they don’t even have crops there anymore. If they are still keeping slaves on that plantation then you should definitely not go. And also call the police.

Listen, Patty…this whole country has an “uncomfortable history” but it doesn’t stop you from walking around over paths once graced by the feet of slaves. It doesn’t keep you from going into buildings built by slaves. It doesn’t keep you from walking in the same parks and open spaces that once saw the horror of civil war and the abuse of Native Americans. Everywhere you walk in this country is “problematic” if you want to use your point of view. People picnic in spots that were once soaked with the blood of young civil war-era soldiers who died horrifically and anonymously.

Times change, people change, societies change.

Plantations have always been a business. They continued to operate long after slavery was abolished and (as you have pointed out) still operate to this day, though under very different circumstances. Remembering what they used to be does not mean we have to eschew what they’ve become.

Your first thought was to run. My first thought was, “Man, look how far we’ve come.” Your ancestors were once enslaved there, and now here you are walking onto that property as a free and (presumably successful) person, a Black person being invited as an important guest at the wedding of your White friends. Where once Black people walked in sadness on those grounds, you now walk in victory. Your ancestors could have only dreamed of belonging there the way that you belong there right now.

America is our home. We built it, fought to enjoy it, spilled blood to get to be where you are this very moment. Why on earth would you take a step backwards from all that hard work by automatically segregating yourself from spaces where you not only belong but absolutely should be?

Because, Patty…this is your country. So enjoy it. If you love your friends, go be with them. There are no slave drivers, no masters, no auction blocks there anymore. Just like the rest of America, that place with the shameful past has progressed to become something quite different.

Look, if you can’t set aside your historical discomfort then at least just deal with it and go. No, your friends weren’t thinking about you when they booked that venue, nor should they be. I once attended a Polish wedding. I was uncomfortable as hell. Have you ever been to one? The ceremony is two hours and then you spend the reception doing their Polish dances, which naturally we knew nothing of. It all just seemed like organized chaos to our inexperienced minds. My husband and I were the only Black people there. Did we feel uncomfortable and out of place. You betcha. Did we ever once ask the bride and groom to why they didn’t think about our comfort level before they planned their wedding? Of course not. You shouldn’t even entertain the notion that they are “thoughtless”. They are getting married. End of story.

Go celebrate with your friends. You say that only a “part” of the event will be there anyway…so why can’t you just spare a few minutes of your own comfort to raise a glass with the people you say you love and then be on your way? This drama is so unnecessary and frankly, narcissistic.

There is no “kind” way to tell your friends you’re choosing your own feelings about a historical property over celebrating with the people you love. They will think you are being selfish…because you are.

Go be a friend. This is what friends do – we celebrate with each other.

If anyone there has slaves you have my permission to peace out.

Mark Levin, “The Great One,” appeared on “Hannity” last night to weigh in on the whistleblower’s complaint. He was on top of his game. Even President Trump was impressed. He posted Levin’s monologue to his twitter account.

After listening to Levin’s defense of Trump and his attacks on Schiff and all of the rest of them, I think Trump should hire him as his attorney. Levin is smart as a whip, articulate and he’s aggressive.

Levin finds the complaint to be “1000 times worse than the transcript of the phone call” between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. We all noticed a Grand Canyon size disconnect between the two documents.

Levin points out that a Ukrainian policy guy from the CIA doesn’t write like this. It reads like “a legal brief which has been vetted by lawyers.” And he wants to know who wrote it. Who was the whistleblower working with? Adam Schiff, Democratic staffers?

The whistleblower’s attorney said it’s important to retain his client’s anonymity. That request infuriates Levin. “Too bad pal. Too late. You want to impeach the President.”

And he noted something that a lot of us have wondered about. Why aren’t the Republican leaders in the Senate doing more to defend Trump? Why aren’t they sending out subpoenas? Calling for hearings, holding press conferences.

I would have expected a more spirited defense in the House as well. Rep. Devin Nunes (CA) is and has always been a champion. So have Jim Jordan (OH), Matt Gaetz (FL), Doug Collins (GA), Steve Scalise (LA) and several others. But many of them have been a disappointment. Kevin McCarthy spoke to the press on Tuesday and I wondered if he had a pulse.

Anyway, Levin is one of my all time favorites.

Read the transcript or watch the video below.

You know, after I watched this hearing, it’s like waterboarding, by the way. When it comes to Trump, Democrats and the media are like drug addicts looking for their next fix…Their eyes are popping out of their head. The sweetbreads are coming down their face.

They’re really freaking out… I can tell you that a CIA agent can’t write something like this, this is a legal brief,” said Levin.

First of all, as a practicing lawyer, I went through this. And I can tell you that a CIA agent, who is a policy guy for Ukraine can’t write something like this. This is a legal brief. This was vetted through lawyers. I want to know who wrote this. I want to know who this man spoke to…

In the New York Times today which, of course, runs cover for the Democrats and goes after the President of the United States, they say today that this man’s lawyer, who by the way, worked for Schumer and Clinton, doesn’t want the identity of this man known.

Too bad pal. Too late. You want to impeach our President using this BS. We want to know all about your guy. And I love today’s hearing where they wrap this guy in the whistleblower statute…

He knew nothing, he heard that certain people at the White House were upset…Isn’t it funny that not a single person with first-hand knowledge filed a whistleblower complaint?

This guy files one. This guy’s represented by Democrats. I want to know if Adam Schiff, the Democrat staffers or any of the Democrats were involved in orchestrating this. This leak and coupe campaign. Did it in Russia, did it with Kavanaugh, it’s the same damn thing.

This is a rogue CIA agent. People might say, but it’s the CIA. Look what they did to the FBI. Look at this guy Brennan, a complete reprobate.

You know, when the CIA overthrew the Iranian government years ago, the liberal Democrats were upset. When they overthrew Allende in Chile, a socialist marxist, the Democrats were upset. When they tried to overthrow Castro, the Democrats were upset…But when they try to overthrow our President, they’re whistleblowers. They’re heroes. They’re courageous. Mr. Schiff, why don’t release 90 days of your phone calls? 90 days of your texts. 90 days of your emails. Cause I know something pal. You’re a leaker. You’re devious. Same with your staff.

Nancy Pelosi went to the microphone, like a dictator, and announced ‘We’re going to begin an official, formal impeachment inquiry…Why would she do that before she got the transcript? Why, because she had this or she knew about it. (Levin holds up the whistleblower’s complaint.) From the little CIA operative.

This document is a thousand times worse than the actual transcript which isn’t even cited in this document (the whistleblower’s complaint).

Now, they’re trying to rewrite this document to try and get it to work with this document (the transcript of the call). The President of the United States phone call has nothing wrong with it. It’s a long conversation. I notice in the media, they’re kind of moving sentences around, trying to attach things. Why don’t you read the whole thing. But you won’t do that. Why? Well I have a question. Why shouldn’t the President of the United States in a conversation with the President of Ukraine say ‘Hey look. Would you take a look at this? We’ve had news reports, books’ about Hunter Biden, Joe Biden obstructing just in the Ukraine, blackmailing the government.’

The President is supposed to sit there and act stupid? No, he says among a thousand other things. You might want to look into this.

‘Wow, that’s an impeachable offense.’

You now have four U.S. senators who did far worse than that. Three of them, Menendez, Leahy, and Durbin who insisted that the Ukrainian government, insisted, investigate our President. You had another one, Murphy, from Connecticut, who insisted that the Ukrainian government not investigate Biden. How come they’re not facing ethics complaints? How come they’re not facing expulsion acts in the United States Senate?

And finally, where the hell are the Republican chairman in the Senate? Why aren’t they issuing subpoenas? Why don’t they pretend they’re Elijah Cummings or Jerry Nadler? Or Schiff for that matter? I know it’s an ugly thought, but issue 100 subpoenas. Go after their bank accounts, go after their friends, go after their relatives. Go after their accountants. Go after their records. And if they don’t go for it, hold em in contempt.
