Did you hear the news?

After complaints from LGBTQ groups that their Always line of feminine products weren’t “inclusive” enough, Proctor and Gamble has decided to phase out the use of the female symbol on their packaging … because not everyone who goes through their, ahem, monthly cycle is a woman or something.

Fox News reports:

“For over 35 years Always has championed girls and women, and we will continue to do so,” the company said in a statement Tuesday, according to The Independent. “We’re also committed to diversity & inclusion and are on a continual journey to understand the needs of all of our consumers.”

Company officials added that they realize not everyone who needs feminine hygiene products “identif[ies] as female.” Procter & Gamble did not immediately respond to an after-hours email from Fox News.

The decision was lauded by trans activists but faced criticism online.

“Women are quite literally being erased from sanitary products now. Is there anywhere we are allowed to be visible!?” one woman wrote on Twitter, according to The Independent.

Progressive trans activists applauded the move, of course. But in a show of a complete lack of self awareness, they actually mansplained accused women who complained about the removal of the symbol of fragility, which I let them know was a bit of a strange comment for them to to make, all things considered:

In any event, the Babylon Bee had an alternative suggestion earlier this week for P&G that might actually work better than the removal of the symbol:

CINCINNATI, OH—Always is appealing to the company’s male customers with its new “Always Macho” series of menstrual products.

The pads and tampons’ packaging will feature pictures of monster trucks crushing each other, AR-15s, and John Cena dropkicking people.

“We want to welcome all people who menstruate, whether you are a cisgender woman, a transgender man, or a dude who really likes monster trucks,” said a Procter & Gamble representative.

Here’s what “Always Macho” packaging looks like:

I think it’s a contender! What do you think?

church from Pixabay, https://pixabay.com/photos/mountain-church-kaiserstuhl-church-3611548/

This is a rather mindboggling story:  A mid-Missouri church has taken issue with a local LGBT group for promoting homosexuality and transgenderism and has demanded local businesses cut ties with these sinners immediately. Though the group, which meets weekly at the Main Street Coffeehouse, has been involved in community outreach, volunteering at the nearby food pantry and homeless shelter, and providing transportation for elderly neighborhood residents to doctors’ appointments, the church, through its leadership team, has called and written multiple letters — both to the businesses in question and the local paper — and launched a petition calling for them to sever ties with the group or “pay the eternal consequences.”

Wait. I got that backwards.

According to the Daily Signal, The Crossing, a church in Columbia, Missouri, finds itself in the cross-hairs of activists from the LGBT community due to a recent sermon delivered by its Pastor, Keith Simon, addressing sexuality and transgenderism.

But despite Simon’s efforts to discuss the topic from a loving, biblically informed perspective, local LGBT activists immediately cried foul, launching a petition and demanding local businesses cut ties with the church.

Last Thursday, Sager Braudis Gallery, a local art gallery, was the first to cave to activist pressure. Although the church had financially sponsored the gallery for five years, the gallery said it was severing ties to show “solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community” and to register its protest “against institutions who perpetuate and use their powerful platforms for content of this nature.”

That’s right. There’s a change.org petition exhorting others not to participate in/accept donations from a church because it follows biblical teaching.  From the petition itself:

Hate has no home in Columbia, MO. We reject all who preach or practice hate by taking an active role in rebuking it.

The Crossing Church contributes millions of dollars to businesses and organizations. When they give money to and sponsor local businesses and organizations, they receive promotion in exchange. This promotion implies that the businesses support, or at least approve of, The Crossing’s policies and beliefs.

By continuing a partnership with The Crossing, even after it published an incredibly transphobic sermon, T/F and Ragtag continue to lend legitimacy to this organization and its message. Furthermore, by releasing a statement touting the partnership as “creating a dialog,” it also tells people that this message of hate is one worth hearing. It’s not. It’s hate speech, and it’s harmful.

….

This is a call for them to stay true to their values and mission statement by taking the following actions:

1. End their partnership with The Crossing church

2. Release a public statement condemning The Crossing’s intolerance of LGBTQ+  and Non-Binary people, and reaffirming their own support and dedication for inclusion and protections of all people.

Until they do these things, they will be boycotted.

As the Signal’s post notes,

Just last month, the church garnered national attention when it helped members of its community pay off unpaid medical bills. Through partnership with RIP Medical Debt, a nonprofit organization that helps people pay off outstanding medical debt, church members donated more than $430,000, which was used to pay off more than $43 million of medical debt by negotiating with debt collectors.

At the time, Pastor Keith Simon explained the motivation behind his congregation’s generosity: “We do this because we feel like God has been incredibly gracious to us. He’s paid our debts. We think those who follow Jesus should be radically generous with their time, their talent, their treasure.”

But whatever you do, do not partner with that church in any way. Condemn it!

Okay, time for some frank talk from me: I’m a Christian. A Bible-believing Christian. I’m also a sinner. Because…duh – human. I am, of course, familiar with biblical teaching on this — and many other — thorny subjects, though this one seems to be one of the thorniest.  It’s an issue I genuinely wrestle with and I know I’m not alone in that. And I totally understand why members of the LGBT community would take issue with the stance and not want to belong to or associate with the church. I also understand that this isn’t about government suppression or a First Amendment question. I believe in free markets and adore capitalism; I fully support the notion of voting with your pocketbook.

But this goes a step further — a step too far, in my view. These activists are demanding that others not partner with the church (or, presumably, any biblically-based church) for any event/in any way. The price for disregarding? A boycott of your business/event. Don’t you dare associate with them or we will make you pay! And why? Because the church espouses traditional Christian, Bible-based beliefs.

At the close of his sermon, Simon explained that the issue of transgenderism boils down to a question of authority. Who has authority when it comes to our bodies and how we use them? Is it contemporary culture or Jesus? Ultimately, Simon explained, “Jesus is Lord over us, culture, and our bodies.” He finished by exhorting his congregation to show love and compassion to those struggling with gender dysphoria. “Speak the truth in love,” he exhorted.

The church could not have been clearer that the Bible affirms that all people are made in God’s image. Speaking of people who identify with different sexual lifestyles, it stated: “[w]e affirm their full personhood, dignity, and worth. We believe that our government bears a responsibility to protect their lives, dignity, welfare, and all other rights afforded to every other person in this country.”

Per the activists, that is hateful. And it must be condemned. Canceled.

What’s the end game here?

Video Surfaces of “Trans” Child from Texas Custody Battle Saying His Mother Tells Him He’s a Girl

Westlake Legal Group Capture Video Surfaces of “Trans” Child from Texas Custody Battle Saying His Mother Tells Him He’s a Girl transgender Texas Masucline LGBT Jeff Younger james younger Greg Abbott Gender Issues Front Page Stories Feminine Featured Story custody battle child abuse child boy Anne Georgulas Allow Media Exception

The case of James Younger, a seven-year-old boy from Texas who was recently the central figure in a custody battle between a father trying to protect his son from an abusive mother has now taken a much larger spotlight on the national stage.

The case revolves around James’s supposed decision to be a transgender girl. The father, Jeff Younger, maintains that James prefers to be a boy and only seems to act as if he wants to be feminine around his mother, Anne Georgulas, and that these thoughts of transgenderism are a direct result of his mother’s influence.

A video has now come into public light where you can see the father asking James questions about whether or not he’s a girl or a boy. The child answers that he is a girl because his mother told him so.

“You’re a boy, right?” asks Younger.

“No, I’m a girl,” replies James.

“Who told you you’re a girl?” asks  Younger.

“Mommy,” said James.

The father continued to ask questions of his young son about his preferences, including how “mommy puts you in a dress and puts nail polish on you?” The son answers in the affirmative, noting that his mother buys him dresses, hairbands, and hairclips, and that he likes nail polish.

“And what does mommy tell you?” asks the father.

“She tells me I’m a girl,” replies James.

“My three-year-old son tells me — he’s at my home — he tells me that he’s a girl. And I had the presence of mind, thank goodness, to pull out my iPhone and videotape me asking him about that. And that was literally the first time that I really understood what was happening to my son,” Younger said on the “The Luke Macias Show” during an interview about the video.

“That was the first time I noticed. He was just past his third birthday,” he added.

Younger believed that his ex-wife, Anne Georgulas, was “only giving [James] love and affection if he acted like a girl,” and “was putting my son into time-outs and she would lock him in his room and say that monsters only eat boys.”

The court, in an 11 to 12 jury decision, has given Georgulas sole managing conservatorship of James and his twin brother Jude, and is now forcing the father to affirm James’s status as a transgendered person. When around James, Younger must refer to him as “Luna” with feminine pronouns.

Though Younger lost the battle to the mother, things are starting to heat up thanks to the nature of the case. The child believes he is transgender due to the mother’s influence, though the father informs the public that when he is out of his mother’s care, James is all boy in both dress and actions.

“James violently refuses to wear girl’s clothes at my home,” said Younger.

Other instances where James has exhibited preferences for being male pop up everywhere from being with friends to testimony from his own transition therapist.

The transition therapist, for instance, observed that James is oddly inconsistent when it comes to wanting to be “Luna.” At ont point, James was presented with two pieces of paper, one with the word “James” and one with the word “Luna,” and asked to pick the name he preferred. When in the presence of his mother, he chose “Luna.” When in the presence of his father, he chose “James.”

Others have been eyewitnesses to James’s boyish behavior, including Bill Lovell, the senior pastor of Christ Church Carrollton and a family friend, Ellen Grigsby. The latter of whom said that when she takes care of him away from his parents influence, he acts naturally like a boy.

The case has many oddities attached to it. It’s odd enough, in fact, that Texas Governor Greg Abbott has now entered the fray himself and is sending Child Protective Services to investigate the matter further.

A city worker uses a power washer to clean the sidewalk by a tent city along Division Street Friday, Feb. 26, 2016, in San Francisco. Homeless people have until the end of Friday to vacate a rambling tent city along a busy San Francisco street declared a health hazard by city officials earlier this week. The mayor’s office says about 40 tents remain, down from a high of 140 tents this winter. The tents have lined both sides of a street under a freeway overpass for months, drawing complaints from residents and businesses. (AP Photo/Eric Risberg)

As you can see from the photo above, San Francisco and California have no other problems to deal with so this state ban does take precedence.

As it has been previously written everywhere, we all know that California and her cities are a bit of a hot mess. San Fran, home of Nancy Pelosi, always makes sure to be one of the cities leading the charge of creating havoc. That, of course, gives them the right to dictate how other cities or states should be run.

Now they want to export their craziness by refusing to spend money in states that they disagree with about abortion. That’s right, states that are moving to protect children shall not benefit from San Francisco and it’s an influence.

How sad.

According to Fox News

City employees in San Francisco are now forbidden to take work trips or do business with companies in 22 states that have “restrictive abortion laws.”

Mayor London Breed and Supervisor Vallie Brown announced the measure last week.

“Every day in this country, women’s reproductive rights are threatened, and we have to fight back. Just as we restricted spending with states that have laws that discriminate against LGBTQ people, we are standing up against states that put women’s health at risk and that are actively working to limit reproductive freedoms,” Breed said in a statement.

She added: “By limiting travel and contracting with certain states, we are sending a clear message to states that disregard the right to abortion.”

The only clear message you are sending is that you are griding an ax about states moving to protect the unborn and you look moronic doing it. Do you think the homeless person you are ignoring and letting suffer on the street gives a flying you know what about your moral preening Mayor Breed?

So what states are they planning on banning?

Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

I’m disappointed that Michigan is not on there.

With the technology of saving and improving life in all stages advancing, this is a big problem for the pro-abortion crowd. They yell CHOICE at any cost but frequently it is becoming clear that life inside the womb can also live outside the womb weeks before previously thought.

So why would you snuff out that life at 18 weeks when it can thrive at 24 weeks? This is becoming more and more obvious for people with a conscious that actually care about human life and don’t just pay it lip service like the politicians in San Francisco.

I look forward to the day where these people are only allowed to travel within California and nowhere else. What a glorious day that will be.

2020 presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke (D) speaks on “The View” – 5/14/19. Screen grab via ABC.

Beto O’Rourke has been desperate to gain traction in the presidential race for the Democratic nomination.

He was supportive of abortion up to the day before birth. Shockingly, that didn’t do it for him.

He’s threatened to grab our guns. Oddly, that failed too.

But now, he may have really found the issue to raise him from that one percent plateau.

Feminine hygiene products.

He announced his support for the “Menstrual Equity Act” on “National Period Day,” saying “men need to join women in demanding real change.”

But as PJ Media observes, O’Rourke may be a little bit behind two other 2020 Democratic candidates, Julian Castro and Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), in his pandering on the issue.

According to GovTrack, this legislation will “increase the availability and affordability of menstrual hygiene products for individuals with limited access, and for other purposes.”

Individuals. Because men have periods too! Duh! Beto may not have gotten that memo, but Cory Booker and Julián Castro did. They also tweeted about National Period Day, but didn’t single out women as being the only sex that actually needs menstrual products:

Bad Beto.

No word yet on the other Democrats, but can they be far behind?

Even With AOC and The Squad Endorsing Bernie, His Campaign Is Over.

Westlake Legal Group Untitled-4-300x182 Even With AOC and The Squad Endorsing Bernie, His Campaign Is Over. white house washington D.C. socialism republicans progressives President Trump political correctness Morning Briefing Mainstream Media Hillary Clinton Green New Deal Government Gender Issues Front Page Stories Front Page Featured Story Featured Post Entertainment Endorsements elections donald trump democrats Culture & Faith Constitution Conservatives Congress Capitalism Campaigns Bipartisanship biden Bernie Sanders Allow Media Exception 2019

Time for some honest analysis after the Tuesday CNN Debate Debacle on the candidate who has raised more money in the 3rd quarter than anyone else, Bernie Sanders.

The Sanders campaign raised just over $25 million for the 3rd quarter barely beating out Elizabeth Warren at just under $25 million according to CBS News. That would have made an interesting race going into the 4th quarter of this year as the time runs short before the Iowa caucuses and the New Hamshire primaries for both of these candidates.

Then the first week of October hit and Sanders had a heart attack and that changed the makeup of this whole primary season.

The announcement yesterday that Alexandria Ocasio Cortez and the other members of The Squad will be endorsing Bernie is just a 24-hour temporary shot in the arm that will have no effect on this campaign’s demise. Nice gesture but ultimately meaningless.

So why am I saying this?

According to the CDC, Bernie Sanders was one of 790,000 Americans who have a heart attack every year. Being this was his first, he was one of 580,000 that had that happen this year. Sanders is to be commended that he took the signs seriously and had it treated immediately. This undoubtedly saved his life.

However, with all that positive news, these facts remain.

Tuesday night, anyone who was tuning in at one point or another was watching Sanders more closely than anyone else. Because of our natural curiosity to see if a 78-year-old man who is two weeks from a heart attack looks like he is ok. Every single one of us thought about it and many media outlets talked about it before the debate.

This is not meant to be mean or cruel. This is just the reality of what people think and the health reality of what a 78-year-old man who just had a major heart event goes through.

Anyone who goes through a heart attack and is lucky enough to survive has a recuperation period that has to be taken. Naturally, the younger you are, the shorter that period is generally. Bernie is, no doubt, a vibrant guy for a 78-year-old. He is also now a vibrant 78 yr old who just suffered a heart attack and wisely has been resting at home. His first campaign event since his hospital stay will be this Saturday where he will get endorsed by AOC.

However, the campaign calendar is not going to afford Bernie the time to recover. The Iowa caucuses are in 109 days and the New Hampshire primary is one week later.

I would much rather have a vigorous Bernie Sanders out on the trail making his case for his ideas and that he be defeated in that arena than for him to be sidelined like this. Plus I love Larry Davids’s impersonation of him and I want more of that.

Sanders will still be able to influence the Democratic race for the nomination from the sidelines and yes it will be from the sidelines. I’m sure all of the candidates left will be lobbying him heavily for his endorsement as they should.

However, it is only a matter of time before the lack of campaign events scheduled and the whispers of “Where is Bernie?” become the norm and ultimately force him out of the race. Sanders has proven that he is a force to be reckoned with and he still can be for many years to come.

Just not as a candidate for President of the United States.

CNN’s “Equality Town Hall” Gets Beaten in Ratings By Fox Coverage of Trump Rally

Westlake Legal Group cnn-building CNN’s “Equality Town Hall” Gets Beaten in Ratings By Fox Coverage of Trump Rally Mainstream Media LGBT Gender Issues gay rights Front Page Stories Front Page Featured Story Featured Post cnn town hall CNN Allow Media Exception 2020 Democrats

Democrats have been doing these forums to showcase the candidates on a variety of issues.

The one on Thursday, fiver hours covered by CNN, was termed the “Equality Town Hall.”

If the reaction to the forum of the ratings is any indication, this isn’t going exactly the way Democrats had hoped it might.

The forum came in dead last. It was beaten out by Fox which came in number one in total viewers as well as the crucial 25-54 demographic. The network was covering mostly President Donald Trump’s rally in Minnesota during that period. Second was MSNBC.

From Townhall:

Fox News was in first place for the entirety of CNN’s nearly five-hour long town hall from 7:30 p.m.-12 a.m. by averaging 3.7 million viewers and 662,000 in the 25-54 demo.

CNN was in last place by having an average of 1.1 million total viewers and 320,000 in the 25-54 demo, meaning Fox News had a triple-digit advantage over CNN.

The forum was interrupted repeatedly by trans activists, including Blossom Brown who interrupted the question of a nine year old child talking about being transgender and chastised CNN for not giving adequate voice to black transwomen.

“Let me tell you something, black transwomen are being killed in this country, and CNN, you have erased black transwomen for the last time. Let me tell you something, black transwomen are dying! Our lives matter! I am an extraordinary black transwoman, and I deserve to be here!” said activist Blossom Brown.

Even after moderator Don Lemon asked for the microphone, Brown continued her rant,”Black trans women are being killed in this country! Black trans women are dying and our lives matter! Not one black trans woman or man has been given the mic tonight.”

There were other moments such as this one with Beto O’Rourke saying that churches, schools and charities should lose their tax exempt status if they didn’t support gay marriage.

Then there was Joe Biden recalling the time of “gay bath houses” and it being about “round the clock sex.”

From NRO:

“Remember, Anderson? Back 15, 20 years ago when we talked about this in San Francisco, it was all about, well, gay bath houses. It was all about round-the-clock sex. Come on, man. Gay couples are more likely to stay together longer than heterosexual couples.”

Let’s not leave out Elizabeth Warren who mocked religious people who might not support gay marriage.

Elizabeth Warren, the other co-frontrunner in the Democratic primary, apologized for opposing taxpayer-funding of sex-change operations for prisoners during her 2012 Senate campaign. One questioner asked Warren what she would say to a religious supporter of hers who opposes same-sex marriage: “A supporter approaches you and says, ‘Senator, I’m old-fashioned and my faith teaches me that marriage is between one man and one woman.’ What is your response?”

“Well, I’m going to assume it’s a guy who said that and I’m going to say, ‘Then just marry one woman. I’m cool with that.’” The audience laughed and applauded. “Assuming you can find one,” she added. Zing!

Remember that question started with the person being a supporter, she assumed his gender. Like as not, he/she wouldn’t be a supporter after being mocked. Way to convince people to your point of view. But folks on the left on social media cheered her response. Warren is now for tax-payer funding for sex change operations for prisoners.

What these forums have shown is how little respect Democrats have for individual rights and different beliefs, and how ready they are to trample them over in the interest of pandering for votes.

Once upon a time, Democrats used to be considered by some to be the party of the worker, desirous of reaching out to middle America. No longer. It’s the Republican Party who’s reaching out to that forgotten worker and to help improve the lives of all Americans, regardless of who they are. That’s what Trump is appealing to as he did again in Minnesota on Thursday.

(AP Photo/J. Scott Applewhite, File)

Earlier, we highlighted the cases heard by the Supreme Court on Monday of this week (as well as the many delights of October!) Three more cases were heard by the Court yesterday, all on very “hot button” issues.  (READ: The Court Is in Session – Part I.)

First up was Bostock v. Clayton County, Georgia. This case examines the applicability of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act to claims of employment discrimination based on sexual orientation.  The pertinent portion of the Act prohibits discrimination in the employment context “because of [an] individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.”  The law was first passed in 1964 and has not, to date, been construed (by SCOTUS) to encompass sexual orientation or transgenderism. Plaintiff Gerald Bostock was a coordinator for child welfare services in Clayton County, Georgia, for a number of years.  In 2013, he joined a gay recreational softball league and, according to Bostock, “from that point on, my life changed, ” he says. “Within months, I was fired for being gay. I lost my livelihood. I lost my medical insurance and at the time I was fighting prostate cancer. It was devastating.” Bostock filed suit in federal court in Georgia, alleging that his termination violated Title VII, in that his termination (ostensibly for being gay) was prohibited by the “because of sex” provision.

Bostock’s case was consolidated for oral argument with Altitude Express v. Zarda, a case filed in federal court in New York by Donald Zarda following his 2010 termination by his skydiving company employer.  Zarda had informed a customer that he was gay in order to allay her concerns about being strapped together with him during the jump.  The customer complained and Zarda was terminated. He asserted this was due to the customer’s homophobia (though the customer also contended that he had touched her inappropriately during the jump.) Zarda died in a base jumping accident in Switzerland in 2014 and his family continued the litigation in his name.  Similar to BostockZarda involves the question of whether discrimination based on sexual orientation is encompassed within the language of Title VII.

The consolidated cases were then followed by the case of Harris Funeral Homes v. EEOC. This was another employment discrimination case, only Harris involves the question of whether the provisions of Title VII also prohibit discrimination based on an individual being transgender. In that case, Aimee Stephens, a Michigan funeral director, was terminated following her declaration in 2013 that she intended to live and dress as a woman. (Prior to 2013, Stephens was known as “Anthony” and dressed and lived as a man.) Stephens made a claim for discrimination with the EEOC, which then sued the funeral home, asserting that firing Stephens for being transgender violated Title VII.

ACLU attorney David Cole presented an interesting argument on behalf of Stephens:

Cole described the case in simple terms. Stephens is being treated differently because of the sex she was assigned at birth. If she had been assigned a female sex at birth, he argued, she would not have been fired for wanting to come to work dressed as a woman. But instead she was assigned a male sex, Cole continued, and so she was fired because she failed to conform to the sex stereotypes of her employer. It can’t be the case, Cole asserted, that Ann Hopkins – the plaintiff in the Supreme Court’s original case on sex stereotyping – couldn’t be fired or denied a promotion for being insufficiently feminine, but Stephens could be fired for being insufficiently masculine.

Once again, SCOTUSblog’s Amy Howe provides an excellent analysis of Tuesday’s arguments.  The transcripts of the arguments can be found here and here.

We’ll provide additional overviews as to upcoming arguments, as well as some in-depth analysis, in the coming days. However, I also want to point out that the Court granted certiorari this past Friday on several more cases of interest: June Medical Serv., et al. v. Gee, Sec., LA Dept. of Health (consolidated with) Gee, Sec., LA Dept. of Healthv. June Medical Serv., et al. – cases involving a challenge to the Louisiana law which requires admitting privileges for doctors who perform abortions; United States v. Sineneng-Smith (reviewing a 9th Circuit decision which found a federal law making it a felony to encourage or induce illegal immigration for financial gain unconstitutionally broad).  Look for these cases to be heard early in 2020. Additionally, on Monday, the Court opted to move forward with oral argument in the case of New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. v. City of New York, New York, a case involving New York City’s since-repealed ban on transporting guns outside the city limits, despite the fact that the ban was subsequently changed.  This one is now scheduled to be heard in December.

Okay, boys and girls. And goys. and birls. And…a whole buncha stuff.

Here’s some news.

The BBC has released a collection of educational videos for tykes between 9 and 12 years old. As per the instructionals, there are not 2, not 3 not 10, but more than 100 “gender identities.”

Holy Toledo.

That’s a whole lot of variations on the penis and vagina; how could anyone keep up? I can’t even remember the Waffle House’s options for hash browns.

If you’re asking similar questions, you’re just slow: According to the videos, folks who aren’t adjusted to the 100+ options “just don’t know any better yet.”

Furthermore, those dinosaurs — you dinosaurs — could go to jail.

In one installment titled “Understanding Sexual and Gender Identities,” kids are informed that gender is whatever “you are inside.”

And off we go:

“There are so many gender identities. So we know we’ve got male and female, but there are over 100 — if not more — gender identities now.

“You’ve got some people who might call themselves gender queer,” the series pointes out, “who are just like, ‘I don’t really want to be anything in particular; I’m just going to be me.’”

The Daily Wire describes other content:

The video includes Leo Lardie, a transgender activist born female but who now identifies as male, who tells the children about her transition — including some talk about her own genitalia. She also tells the children that the only way to happiness for her was to be “true about who I was, and let other people in on this.”

Elsewhere in the series, called “The Big Talk,” a teacher tells children that they can be jailed if they are found to be “disrespecting or being hateful to people because of a difference that person perceives.”

One thing that’s cool about gender is that you don’t even have to be one of the 100+ choices. As the program explains, if you prefer — just like at Burger King — you can get the combo deal:

“So we know that some people might feel like they are two different genders, so people might think they’re bi-gender.”

Bi-gender.

Bye, gender.

With so many options, it seems that, ultimately, “gender” means nothing at all.
