The BBC Releases a Lesson Plan for 9-Year-Olds: There Are More Than 100 Genders. Disagree and Go to Jail

Okay, boys and girls. And goys. and birls. And…a whole buncha stuff.

Here’s some news.

The BBC has released a collection of educational videos for tykes between 9 and 12 years old. As per the instructionals, there are not 2, not 3 not 10, but more than 100 “gender identities.”

Holy Toledo.

That’s a whole lot of variations on the penis and vagina; how could anyone keep up? I can’t even remember the Waffle House’s options for hash browns.

If you’re asking similar questions, you’re just slow: According to the videos, folks who aren’t adjusted to the 100+ options “just don’t know any better yet.”

Furthermore, those dinosaurs — you dinosaurs — could go to jail.

In one installment titled “Understanding Sexual and Gender Identities,” kids are informed that gender is whatever “you are inside.”

And off we go:

“There are so many gender identities. So we know we’ve got male and female, but there are over 100 — if not more — gender identities now.

“You’ve got some people who might call themselves gender queer,” the series pointes out, “who are just like, ‘I don’t really want to be anything in particular; I’m just going to be me.’”

The Daily Wire describes other content:

The video includes Leo Lardie, a transgender activist born female but who now identifies as male, who tells the children about her transition — including some talk about her own genitalia. She also tells the children that the only way to happiness for her was to be “true about who I was, and let other people in on this.”

Elsewhere in the series, called “The Big Talk,” a teacher tells children that they can be jailed if they are found to be “disrespecting or being hateful to people because of a difference that person perceives.”

One thing that’s cool about gender is that you don’t even have to be one of the 100+ choices. As the program explains, if you prefer — just like at Burger King — you can get the combo deal:

“So we know that some people might feel like they are two different genders, so people might think they’re bi-gender.”

Bi-gender.

Bye, gender.

With so many options, it seems that, ultimately, “gender” means nothing at all.

Former Republican Governor Calls Aspiring Gun Thief Beto O’Rourke an ‘Immature Pest’

Democratic U.S. Representative Beto O’Rourke takes part in a debate for the Texas U.S. Senate with Republican U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, in Dallas, Friday, Sept. 21, 2018. (Tom Fox/The Dallas Morning News via AP, Pool)

On Monday, former Republican New Hampshire Gov. John Sununu provided a new characterization for 2020 hopeful Beto “I can changed a tire, and I can prove it” O’Rourke: Given the heap of absurdity coming out of his mouth — specifically, a promise to steal America’s most popular hunting rifle from the homes of its citizens — the dude’s an “immature pest.”

John told Fox News host Bill Hemmer Beto’s just grabbing at whatever straws he can:

“He really is desperate at this point and will say just about anything to get a headline. You gave him a headline, and so he will probably continue to say silly things like that that will irritate both his Democrats and the Republicans.”

I’d like to offer an idea here: He may be saying really, punishingly stupid things out of desperation; but if so, his desperation is due to his low numbers and his low numbers are due to saying really stupid things.

As a reminder:

And, subsequently, this:

There was also this:

And it’s all this:

Not all congressional Democrats are happy with Beto’s antics: Over the weekend, Democratic Rhode Island Rep. David Cicilline claimed there’s no reason to believe his party is suggesting guns should be confiscated, and that Beto’s doofiness “doesn’t help.”

To John, that only further solidifies Beto’s place in the politisphere:

“[I]t just confirms that Beto O’Rourke has slipped into the role of the immature pest that even the Democrats want out of the process.”

Given the roll he’s on, they probably won’t have to wait very long.

Voters routinely cite rising health care costs near the top of their list of concerns. Finally, Congress has proposed legislation that would address the exorbitant cost of prescription drugs. Another major health care issue Americans want the government to fix is lack of access to potentially lifesaving medications and treatments for patients with terminal illnesses. Fortunately, The Heartland Institute has a solution to this problem: Free To Choose Medicine (FTCM).

FTCM allows patients with debilitating illnesses to work directly with their doctors to access medications that have already passed the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Phase I safety trials. It typically takes 12 years (and billions of dollars) for drugs to be deemed safe by the FDA. Unfortunately, thousands of patients suffer and die each year while waiting for FDA bureaucrats to approve a drug or treatment that could save their lives and relieve their relentless pain and suffering.

Under FTCM, these patients could decide, in consultation with their doctors, to take potentially lifesaving medications placed on a “parallel track.” To help gather real-time data and improve treatment, their experiences would be tracked in a tradeoff evaluation drug database (TEDD).

In theory, FTCM would lower treatment costs by bringing more drugs to the market—a process which typically takes more than a decade and $3 billion—and allow quicker access to medications desperately needed by those suffering from serious illnesses.

Here’s how it works: the “parallel track” offers an alternative to the FDA’s leviathan drug approval process. Certain drugs could be chosen by manufacturers for the FTCM track allowing patients to work with doctors to assess the risk and reward of trying groundbreaking drugs and treatments that have not been fully approved by the FDA. TEDD would provide a pool of  data available to the FDA as well as pharmacists, physicians, and drug makers based upon real-time results.

Although it has not been used recently, the parallel track was vital in combating the AIDS epidemic in the late 1980s. In fact, the FDA implemented a parallel track in 1992 to treat AIDS patients who didn’t have time to wait for experimental drugs to be approved.

Calls to expand the parallel track used during the AIDS crisis have gained momentum. In fact, Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX), Mike Braun (R-IN), Rand Paul (R-KY), and Mike Lee (R-UT) recently wrote a letter requesting FDA consider expanding the parallel track.

“In recent years the FDA has sought to streamline its drug approval process … [h]owever, significant barriers to ready access remain,” the senators wrote. “Despite FDA’s efforts, it still takes on average 10 to 12 years and as much as $2.8 billion to bring a new treatment from lab to patients. Many patients with critical illnesses cannot wait that long. One unused solution that the FDA already has at its disposal is to expand the already existing Parallel Track to other diseases.”

In essence, the senators are calling for a process that would allow patients to work directly with their doctors to decide which drugs they want to try, which is exactly what FTCM would do. The senators note:

Today, millions of Americans are similarly afflicted by or dying from debilitating diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Similar to the HIV/AIDS crisis, promising, potentially life-saving drugs for these diseases are mired in Phases II and III of the drug-approval process. Although demonstrating amazing results for the few Americans allowed to participate in clinical trials, these much-needed drugs and therapies remain years and billions of dollars of investment away from FDA approval and full access by patients.

In order to bring these drugs and therapies more quickly and at a lower cost to Americans, we strongly urge the FDA to expand the Parallel Track to target these devastating diseases. Under an expanded Parallel Track, the sponsors of any drug or therapy that has successfully passed safety criteria would have the option to allow patients with critical illnesses—not already enrolled in controlled clinical trials—to access these drugs and therapies after consulting with their doctor.

FTCM would expand this concept even more, while providing a wealth of data to doctors, pharmacists, and the FDA via TEDD.

The FDA should expand the parallel track. Doing so will save lives and relieve needless suffering for thousands of Americans. Even better, FTCM could supplement legislation intended to lower the overall cost of health care. If Congress genuinely cares about the health and desires of the American people, they ought to embrace FTCM, which will reduce costs and put patients and their doctors (not FDA bureaucrats) in charge of life altering health care decisions.

Listen: The GM Strike is All About Politics

The UAW has gone on strike for the first time since 2007, that’s the big headline today and I’m certain a lot of people see that and think “wow, what happened to suddenly make them go on strike since we haven’t seen one in so long” the short answer, politics. Many of you remember the GM bailouts under Barack Obama, but the reality was that was a UAW bailout. Barack Obama spent over $11 billion of taxpayers’ money to help his union buddies in the UAW and make sure they kept donating millions of dollars to Democrats. If you need proof that it was a bailout for the UAW and not for the workers or GM, look around Detroit, is it doing better, did those billions make Detroit better? Of course not, what about Flint? You can’t even drink the water in Flint so that answer is a resounding no.

The manufacturing areas of the United States swung hard for Trump in 2016 and the Democrats are infuriated. Hillary Clinton barely campaigned in Michigan because come on, Democrats and the UAW have had a crony capitalist relationship where Democrats give the UAW absolute power over industry, and in turn, the UAW donates millions to Democrats, basically, it’s another Democrat money laundering scheme where they take billions in taxpayer dollars which come back to their party coffers through forced union donations. I know we have union members who listen, so let me ask those members this, did Obama stop outsourcing to China? Did Democrats fight to keep down wage suppression from undocumented immigrants? Of course not, they didn’t care about you, but your union leadership did just fine during the great recession, granted, you probably lost your job.

It should also be noted that the UAW President had his house raided by the FBI under corruption charges. UAW officials are currently under investigation for misusing union funds, redirecting funds that were meant for training and instead giving the to former union and company officials. Nine people have been charged in the investigation so far. Understand what I’m saying here folks, from 2008 to 2014 the Obama administration fed billions in taxpayer dollars to his UAW union buddies, and these union officials have been gifted cottages on thousand acre resorts in Northern Michigan, that’s what the bailout was, it was a scheme for Democrat Oligarchs.

The Democrats plan here is to use their UAW buddies to create turmoil in the manufacturing sector that voted for Trump. Even though the economy is doing well, jobs are doing fantastic, and ultimately China being brought to heel will be great for the auto industry, that’s not how the UAW and Democrats play, they have a relationship and the UAW needs a Democrat in the White House and the Democrats need the UAW taking income from their members and filling Democrat party coffers. Creating shaky ground in the manufacturing sector will make union workers nervous, I mean, they never went on strike under Obama remember, I’m sure that was part of the deal. Even though the economy is doing well, these people, the workers, the union members are going to be pulling their belts tighter over this strike.

The union workers don’t get their regular pay during a strike, they get limited strike insurance. If this goes for any amount of time it will have a devastating effect on the UAW members. The UAW wants to make their members suffer and have uncertainty so they can tell them that all their scary anxiety will go away if they just vote for the person the union tells them to, because you know they got it wrong last time. This is pretty much the point of unions in this day and age, they are just a way for market manipulation and crony capitalism. In the age of social media and workers who know how to read, do you really think the American people are too dumb to know whether they’re being taken advantage of?

Unions have been unnecessary for a very long time in America and have only been a tool to affect the market for political purposes. Unions are nothing more than the modern-day mob and do nothing to serve the workers they claim to support. You can’t seriously tell me that unions have their workers best interest at heart when they did nothing about outsourcing, wage depression by illegal immigration, or the lack of American protections in the previous administrations awful trade deals can you? Maybe the UAW just wasn’t paying attention because they were too busy cooking their books to build another resort with a golf course for their executives to hang out

MSNBC’s Krystal Ball Tells Bill Maher the Network’s Trump Insanity Has Damaged the Democratic Party

On Friday’s installment of Real Time with Bill Maher, erstwhile MSNBC host Krystal Ball delivered a message that would’ve been at home on RedState: Her former network’s coverage of President Trump has only served to hurt Democrats.

Bill asked:

“Do you feel [that] networks like MSNBC, which you used to work for…help or hurt progressive causes?”

Krystal was crystal:

“Overall, I think MSNBC in the Trump era has done real damage to the Left, and I’ll tell you why.”

Yes! She’ll tell us why! Here we go:

“And I say that with love. I mean, these are my former colleagues, friends. Look, the Russia story and what happened there was important, but it was not all-important. And they went so far in the realm of conspiracy theorizing – I mean, they had Jonathan Chait on…”

Bill confirmed, “Well, it was a conspiracy.”

Krystal said it got downright absurd:

“They had Jonathan Chait on to talk about how Trump may have been a Russian plant since 1987. This is ridiculous, okay? This is way out from what journalistic facts said, and it’s to the exclusion of other stories that people actually care about – about health care, about trade, about the future of their lives, automation.

Hmmm…ridiculous? Does MSNBC partake in such? Let’s test her claim:

Yeah. Yeah, I’d say she’s good.

Krystal claimed her former employer overshot it:

“These things are real, and they don’t get focus when you only look at one thing. So yeah, they built up expectations so much that when the report came out, people were like, ‘Oh, it was no big deal,’ when it was a big deal.

Ya know how I said her message was RedState-ish? Cancel that. Krystal inferred Mueller was a giant cause of the whole Russian collusion disappointment — after all, the guy was a you-know-what:

“Why did we put our faith in a Republican? He’s a Republican; he’s a lifelong Republican. What [did] we think?”

Why indeed. Although, if I recall correctly, the mainstream media was willing to put its faith in anything and everything that opposed President Trump.

Just look to the video above, in which Nicolle Wallace schooled us all:

“People would be foolish to underestimate Michael Avenatti.”

Foolish indeed.

A Prominent Left-Wing Publication Mocked My Suggestion that the Left Wants Confiscation. How’re We Lookin’ Now?

Westlake Legal Group bonfire-1867275_1280-620x413 A Prominent Left-Wing Publication Mocked My Suggestion that the Left Wants Confiscation. How’re We Lookin’ Now? Uncategorized Front Page Stories Featured Story

The world’s spinnin’ fast, folks.

A portion of Democrats seem to have gone quickly from “Take your guns? That’s silly” to a proud-as-a-peacock clap for confiscation.

In May of 2018, I wrote an article titled “Santa Fe Tragedy And The Mind Of The Left: A Primer.”

Here’s some of what I had to say:

The Left want your guns, and they want them now.

The Left want your guns, and they want them now.

The Left want your guns, and they want them now.

That is the overwhelming conclusion from the media coverage of Fridays’ shooting in Texas. Horribly, ten were killed at Santa Fe High School; immediately, the Left — in the political, news, and entertainment realms — began their quest for your guns.

They want your guns.

I explained:

[T]o some people walking around at this very moment, the way to solve the problem of one bad guy with a gun who is willing to break the law by murdering the masses…is to disarm all good people with guns who are willing to follow the law and capable of defending themselves.

A writer at the famed Village Voice, just 3 days later, published the piece “After Santa Fe Shooting, Have Conservatives Shot Their Wads?

The author seemed to have composed a rather detailed emotional narrative of all the thoughts, fears, desires, and treachery lurking in the minds of those on the Right:

Several gun massacres ago, when Sandy Hook happened, conservatives seemed at first stunned — not at the deaths of twenty children and six adults, but at the unprecedented bad publicity this meant for their NRA donors. But they quickly recovered and bravely fought for the right of every crackpot and psychopath to have as many killing sticks as he could pay for.

That obviously worked, and the brethren cruised untouchably through a number of other such slaughters — at Santa Barbara, Umpqua, Orlando, Colorado Springs, Sutherland Springs, and so on and on — under a cloud cover of Thoughts and Prayers, always focused on the real victims (themselves, as law-abiding People of the Gun persecuted by “prayer-shaming” liberals) and never giving an inch.

But then the Parkland massacre happened, and the fierce response of those kids threw conservatives off balance. And it seems to have them wrong-footed still, judging by their clumsy response to last week’s school shooting in Santa Fe, Texas.

Geez.

The article even referred to “NRA deputy Riefenstahl Dana Loesch,” apparently referring to Nazi propaganda film director Leni Riefenstahl.

Lots and lots of incendiary language mixed with a few truckloads of assumptions. But wait — there’s more.

Among mentions of Sean Hannity and National Review’s David French, the author took aim at Yours Truly.

Accordingly — if I understood correctly — I was a weirdo around a campfire, telling spooky and ridiculous stories to get everybody riled up over phony nonsense.

Oh — and, apparently, I’m a hardcore firearms-phile. When did this dude get to know me?

Here we go:

While these guys wrote alibis for their precious equalizers, hardcore firearm-philes held flashlights under their chins at the campfire and retold their Gun Grabber ghost story greatest hits.

“The Left wants your guns, and they want them now,” wrote Alex Parker of RedState. “The Left wants your guns, and they want them now. The Left wants your guns, and they want them now.” See the pattern? “Horribly, ten were killed at Santa Fe High School,” Parker went on; “immediately, the Left — in the political, news, and entertainment realms — began their quest for your guns. They want your guns…” You get the idea. (Final line: “They. Want. Your. Guns.” Why fool with a winning formula?)

Sounds as if I’m a real nut, pushing the completely absurd idea that the left wing of politics would like to take guns from non-criminal Americans.

Well, how’re we lookin’ now:

That would be, the most popular hunting rifle in America, rarely used in violent crime.

As for the video, above, note the uproarious applause.

Anyway, I’ve to go — the flashlight needs new batteries, and the campfire’s already gettin’ dim. Tonight’s totally-made-up ghost story: Democratic candidates’ support for late-term abortion.

A Man Lost His Daughter in the Marjory Stoneman Murders, and Now He’s Out to Expose the School That Enabled it

Westlake Legal Group andrew-pollack-news-conference-2018-AP-620x317 A Man Lost His Daughter in the Marjory Stoneman Murders, and Now He’s Out to Expose the School That Enabled it Uncategorized Front Page Stories Featured Story

Andrew Pollack and parents of students killed in the Parkland massacres speak during a news conference Thursday, Aug. 9, 2018, where they call for changes in the school system, naming the school board’s “poor performance” as a specific target at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Fla. The Broward County School Board has failed to properly secure the county’s 234 schools for the upcoming school year, according to a statement from Stand With Parkland, the National Association of Families for Safe Schools. The shooting on Feb. 14 at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School killed 17 students and staff. (Taimy Alvarez/South Florida Sun-Sentinel via AP)

Andrew Pollack’s daughter, Meadow, was fatally shot during the horrific mass murder at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in 2018.

In his new book, Why Meadow Died: The People and Policies That Created The Parkland Shooter and Endanger America’s Students, Andrew reveals there were more than just issues of guns and mental health afoot amid the tragedy.

Apropros, while appearing on Tucker Carlson Tonight last week, Andrew called out the Florida school for its lax attitude toward misbehavior:

“One of the examples in Broward when my daughter was going to school: students were allowed four misdemeanors per school year without being introduced to the judicial system. And then, at the end of the year, Tucker, if you could believe this — so, that was in ninth grade, you had a kid next to your kid in the classroom, commits four misdemeanors. And then next year — 10th grade — he resets at zero and is allowed another four misdemeanors per school year.”

Tucker pointed out such permissiveness “basically makes it impossible for school authorities to do anything about a threatening kid.”

“And the worst thing about it,” Andrew asserted, “is they don’t make the parents aware of it.”

The Daily Wire’s Ashe Schow puts the significance of misdemeanors in perspective:

[C]ertain misdemeanors can result in one year in prison. Misdemeanors include animal cruelty (one of the earliest signs that a person could become a murderer), assault, and battery. The Broward policy meant that a student could be involved in up to four violent altercations per year without the police being informed or involved.

Why hasn’t this kind of thing been discussed as much as guns?

In a separate interview — as noted by TDW — Andrew explained that “these policies are throughout the whole country.”

Could it be that the participation trophy movement’s coddling of young people is partly to blame for violent, contemporary ills?
We hear of the most egregious mass shootings; but there are a slew of crimes among teens that never make the national news.

With regard to Parkland, as reported by The Daily Caller, Andrew wants those accountable to be held thusly:

“I want accountability. I want to hold everyone accountable that let my daughter get murdered in the school.”

The mourning dad appears to believe Marjory Stoneman Douglas could’ve wholly prevented the atrocity. He told Fox’s Neil Cavuto:

“The school knew about it all, Neil. It kills me. Looking at the book it makes my blood boil. I’ve been talking about it all week.”

But there’s another party he blames as well — himself:

“It’s not easy for me. I put my daughter into a school that I didn’t know what was going on and I take blame for that for not knowing.”

Andrew asks a good question: What are schools and governments doing to watch over the lives placed in their care? In this increasingly broken world, perhaps the safety of innocents should take precedence over lenience toward those on a malevolent path.

For Meadow Pollack, it’s too late. But it may not be, for many, many others.

Democratic Senator Rebukes Beto Over His Promise to Steal America’s Most Popular Hunting Rifle

Westlake Legal Group shooting-1524169_1280-620x414 Democratic Senator Rebukes Beto Over His Promise to Steal America’s Most Popular Hunting Rifle Uncategorized Front Page Stories

Democratic Delaware Sen. Chris Coons had some words for Beto O’Rourke Friday concerning the anti-privileged-millionaire privileged millionaire’s recent promise to forcibly take from all private citizens the most popular hunting rifle in the country.

Speaking to CNN’s Poppy Harlow, Chris referenced O’Rourke’s vow during Thursday’s Dem debate and made clear he isn’t for stealing the property of Americans:

“I am not. And, I frankly think that that clip will be played for years at Second Amendment rallies with organizations that try to scare people by saying that Democrats are coming for your guns.”

Do they “try to scare people,” or are they pointing out reality?

Let’s review:

And by the way, here’s the guy who’s comin’ for ’em:

Back to Chris, he explained that he himself owns firearms:

“I’m a gun owner. My sons and I have gone skeet shooting and hunting, and frankly, I don’t think that having our presidential candidates like Congressman O’Rourke did, say that we’re going to try to take people’s guns against their will is a wise either policy or political move.”

He ain’t just whistlin’ Dixie.

Maybe it’s because Chris respects the white-onesied punk rocker:

“I respect his passion. Anyone who has had to sit with the parents of victims of gun violence, parents who have lost their children — as I have after the Sandy Hook shooting [and] after the Tucson shooting – someone who was a high school classmate of mine lost his daughter in that tragic shooting in Tucson where Congresswoman Gabby Giffords was also shot.

“To sit with a parent who has lost a child and have no answer about how we’re going to make the country safer is a very hard experience, so I respect what is motivating Congressman O’Rourke, but I don’t think as a policy position that is going to stand muster. I don’t think the majority of the Senate or the country is going to embrace mandatory buybacks.”

Chris thinks Democrats should concentrate on background checks…but he did use an interesting word — “first”:

“We need to focus on what we can get done and we need to focus on the challenge here, which is that Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and the Republicans in the Senate and our president are refusing to listen to the 93% of Americans who want us to do something on background checks. Let’s get that done first.”

So what’s second?

Regardless, I have a recommendation for something before even the background checks effort: Someone tell Chris that Beto isn’t a congressman.

That error aside, I believe he got one thing excessively right:

“We’re frankly helping Donald Trump get re-elected rather than showing a strong vision for the future.”

Let’s Open An Investigation Into Christine Blasey-Ford; Here Are Ten Areas

Westlake Legal Group christine-ford-620x433 Let’s Open An Investigation Into Christine Blasey-Ford; Here Are Ten Areas Uncategorized Front Page Stories Featured Story

Christine Blasey Ford testifies before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Capitol Hill in Washington, Thursday, Sept. 27, 2018. (AP Photo/Andrew Harnik, Pool)

I never believed Christine Blasey Ford (CBF). Nothing about her story ever rang true. Similar to the tales contained in Christopher Steele’s dossier, CBF spun an unverifiable story. She could not recall whose home she was at, how she had arrived or how she’d gotten home. She wasn’t even sure what year it was. Maybe 1982, she said during testimony. But she was very certain she had been sexually assaulted by Brett Kavanaugh in the early 1980s. I believe she was deliberately vague because then her story could not be proven false.

Most of all, this type of crime is so inconsistent with the life that Brett Kavanaugh has lived that it is impossible to believe. Kavanaugh has shown no hint of disrespect toward women at any time in his life. He has undergone seven FBI background checks, including an extremely rigorous one prior to his position in the Bush White House, and no wrongdoing has been revealed.

Here are several areas that need to be examined:

1. It was said that CBF was a political animal, however, she scrubbed her social media history before she came forward with her allegations. Interestingly, the attorney who represented her in the case against Kavanaugh, Debra Katz, was recorded telling a group that part of her motivation was political. Katz said:

In the aftermath of these hearings, I believe that Christine’s testimony brought about more good than the harm misogynist Republicans caused by allowing Kavanaugh on the court. He will always have an asterisk next to his name. When he takes a scalpel to Roe v. Wade, we will know who he is, we know his character, and we know what motivates him, and that is important; it is important that we know, and that is part of what motivated Christine.

Could it be that this fragile, childlike, 51 year old woman was acting? She is certainly a political animal. Is it possible that, once CBF told her liberal friends she knew Kavanaugh from her high school days, the idea that she accuse him “anonymously” of sexual assault was conceived? Might she have been persuaded to write a letter to her congresswoman or to submit a “tip” to the Washington Post just to put the allegation out there, never dreaming that it would all culminate in a senate hearing aired on national television? It is certainly within the realm of possibility.

We need to find out more about CBF’s political history.

2.  While researching their recent book entitled “Justice on Trial: The Kavanaugh Confirmation and the Future of the Supreme Court, journalists Mollie Hemingway and Carrie Severino interviewed several of CBF’s acquaintances. These women threw a little cold water on the poor little wounded victim image that CBD worked so hard to portray during her testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee. It didn’t appear to her University of North Carolina classmate that CBF’s alleged 1982(ish) sexual assault affected her social life at all. According to the book:

Classmates were surprised by the media’s portrayal of her as an ingenue, which was very different from how they remembered her in junior high and high school. Female classmates and friends at area schools recalled a heavy drinker who was much more aggressive with boys than they were.

‘If she only had one beer’ on the night of the alleged assault, a high school friend said, ‘then it must have been early in the evening.’ Her contemporaries all reported the same nickname for Ford, a riff on her maiden name and a sexual act.

They also debated whether her behavior in high school could be attributed to the trauma of a sexual assault. ‘If it could, one of them said, then the assault must have happened in seventh grade.’

These women should be asked to testify. CBF needs to respond under oath.

3.  A sworn letter from CBF’s ex-boyfriend of six years to the Senate Judiciary Committee claims:

  • She never mentioned her fear of flying. They had flown many times together including on a small prop plane.
  • Nor did she ever mention her fear of small spaces. She even lived in a 500 square foot apartment with a single exit at one time during their relationship.
  • As a psychologist, she had some knowledge of how polygraph tests worked and he witnessed CBF coaching her close friend, who was applying to the FBI, on how to prepare for it. She was questioned by prosecutor Rachel Mitchell about this during her hearing and said she had no knowledge of polygraph tests, nor had she ever given anyone “tips” on how to take a test.
  • He ended the relationship because CBF had been unfaithful.
  • After they broke up, he removed her from a credit card they had shared, but she charged $600 worth of merchandise. He asked her about the charges and she denied them until he said he was going to contact the Fraud Prevention Department.

We need to research her travel history. This man’s references to her unfaithfulness and her use of his credit card after they had broken up speaks to her character. He needs to be questioned. Then she needs to be questioned.

4.  The relationship between CBF and her life long friend, former FBI special agent Monica L. McLean, a liberal activist, must be investigated. I posted about this during the hearings. I wrote:

“This is the same Monica McLean who CBF once allegedly coached prior to an FBI preemployment polygraph test. McLean passed her test and remained with the FBI for 24 years, retiring in 2016.

The Conservative Tree House’s“Sundance,” believes that this woman orchestrated CBF’s case against Judge Kavanaugh. And his story is very convincing.

He reported that in (or around) 2003, McLean transferred to the Southern District of New York (SDNY), FBI New York Field Office. She worked as a Public Information Officer (PIO), side-by-side with SDNY Attorney General Preet Bharara.

Sundance points out that McLean’s PIO partner in New York, Jim Margolin, is still employed there and is coincidentally attached to the case against President Trump’s former lawyer, Michael Cohen.

McLean, now currently retired, lists Rehoboth Beach, DE as her home address.

During her testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee last week, CBF stated that she had prepared her letter to Dianne Feinstein by herself in Rehoboth Beach, DE.

[Transcript]

MITCHELL: The second is the letter that you wrote to Senator Feinstein, dated the — July 30th of this year.

MITCHELL: Did you write the letter yourself?

FORD: I did.

MITCHELL: And I — since it’s dated July 30th, did you write it on that date?

FORD: I believe so. I — it sounds right. I was in Rehoboth, Delaware, at the time. I could look into my calendar and try to figure that out. It seemed…

MITCHELL: Was it written on or about that date?

FORD: Yes, yes. I traveled, I think, the 26th of July to Rehoboth, Delaware. So that makes sense, because I wrote it from there.

MITCHELL: Is the letter accurate?

FORD: I’ll take a minute to read it.

Sure looks like CBF had spent the four days leading up to the July 30th letter to Feinstein visiting Monica McLean. Are we really to believe that McLean had no involvement? Sundance writes:

That would certainly begin to explain quite a bit about who exactly was handling Ms. Ford; and how there would be an intentional effort, from a subject matter expert, on how to best position the attack against Brett Kavanaugh.

Who better to help scrub the internet history, and know what processes and people to enlist in such preparatory work, than a retired lawyer who worked deeply inside the FBI?

Not only did Ms. McLean possesses a particular set of skills to assist Ms. Ford, but Ms. McLean would also have a network of DOJ and FBI resources to assist in the endeavor. A former friendly FBI agent to do the polygraph; a network of politically motivated allies?

Does the appearance of FBI insider and Deputy FBI Director to Andrew McCabe, Michael Bromwich, begin to make more sense?

Do the loud and overwhelming requests by political allies for FBI intervention, take on a different meaning or make more sense, now?

Standing back and taking a look at the bigger, BIG PICTURE…could it be that Ms. McLean and her team of ideological compatriots within the DOJ and FBI, who have massive axes to grind against the current Trump administration, are behind this entire endeavor?

Considering all of the embattled, angry, institutional officials (former and current); and considering the recently fired DOJ and FBI officials; and considering the officials currently under investigation; and considering the declassification requests which will likely lead to the exposure of even more corruption…Could it be that these elements wanted to do something, anything to get back at the executive branch; and possibly change the tide?

If so, and I think the likelihood is pretty good, doesn’t everything known just easily reconcile if you think of Ms. Blasey-Ford as a tool for those ideologues?

If Ms. Monica Lee McLean and her allies wanted to strike, she couldn’t be the visible face of the confrontation because she was retired FBI. It would be too obvious. She would need a patsy; a friend who could deploy the hit on her/their behalf.  It would need to be someone she could shape, easily manage and guide etc. Someone who could be trusted, and at the same time would be trusting of them.

It is quite likely Ms. McLean selected/recruited her life-long best friend, Ms. Blasey-Ford.

It’s a very plausible theory and one that actually explains a lot of the peculiarities in the case. It explains why none of the four named witnesses have any recollection of the evening. And because CBF makes no definitive statements about time, place, how she got there and home, the incident is impossible to prove or disprove.”

5. There is not one shred of corroborative evidence. None of the four witnesses she named as having been at the party have any memory whatsoever of it. I won’t repeat the long list of questions she can’t answer about the alleged assault.

But, please think back to your own high school years. I have some recollection of every party I went to in high school (and it was a long time ago!). Especially if my memory is jogged by a friend. Do you remember such and such a party? Oh, come on, you do. Remember when so and so did that? Somewhere in the recesses of my aging brain, the memory exists.

And, if CBF had experienced a sexual assault and run past a group of four others down the stairs and out the door, someone would have noticed. Even if they had not, surely after a while, someone would say, where’s Christine?

Her memory is faulty. She says she heard Kavanaugh and Judge talking and laughing as they bounced off the walls on the way down the staircase, but when questioned further, she said she hadn’t actually heard them, but she assumed they had been talking.

CBF named former Holton-Arms classmate and “lifelong friend” Leland Ingham Keyser as the other young woman who was present at the party where she was sexually assaulted. Keyser then denied, in a sworn statement through her attorney, any recollection of this party. When questioned about Keyser’s denial, CBF said her friend probably didn’t recall being there because of her “poor health.”

Keyser has since spoken out publicly to say that although she suffers from a physical malady, which has required 14 surgeries to date, this has not affected her memory. A close family member of Keyser’s spoke to Laura Collins of the Daily Mail and made the following points:

  • She doubled down on the statements Keyser has already given to the Senate Committee in which she has denied all knowledge of the supposed party, the alleged assault or of Kavanaugh.
  • The former pro golfer confirmed she couldn’t corroborate Ford’s story when she was interviewed by the FBI last Saturday.
  • Her physical problems have had no effect on her memory.
  • Contrary to CBF’s claims, the women are not close, they have been out of touch for years.

6.  Falso in uno, falso in omnibus: There were many inconsistencies.

Her lawyers told us that she could not get to Washington in time for the original Monday hearing that Grassley had scheduled, explaining that due to her fear of flying and being in tight spaces without an immediate exit, a result of the sexual assault, she would be driving from California. Yet, she often flew to places like Hawaii, Costa Rica and the South Pacific for surfing vacations.

Investigative journalist Paul Sperry points out, “Ford told The Washington Post she was upset when Trump won in 2016, because Kavanaugh was mentioned as a Supreme Court pick. But Kavanaugh wasn’t added to Trump’s list of possibles until November 2017, a full year later.”

CBF’s lawyers refused to turn over many key documents that Republicans had requested during the hearings, the most important being her therapy notes. If any of them had provided corroborating information, they would have been presented as “Exhibit A” by the Ford team. We can assume the documents were either damaging to Ford’s credibility (likely) or neutral (possible).

Let’s take a look at some of those documents.

Just for fun:

Below is the analysis of a body language expert that went viral during the hearings. The analyst indicates that CBF was “acting” during her testimony and says the only genuine emotion she displayed was “fear.” Who wouldn’t be afraid to perjure themselves in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee on national television? Another interesting point made by the analyst was that CBF had no mucus or no tears.

Ted Cruz: If Republicans Want to ‘Demoralize’ Their Base, They’ll Placate the Undecided with Gun Control

Westlake Legal Group firearm-409252_1280-620x413 Ted Cruz: If Republicans Want to ‘Demoralize’ Their Base, They’ll Placate the Undecided with Gun Control Uncategorized Front Page Stories Featured Story

On Thursday, Ted Cruz told gatherers at a Christian Science Monitor event that GOP legislators must stand firm against the Dems’ new far-Left turn toward gun confiscation (here).

Ted was asked by The Hill’s Alexander Bolton about Republican politicians placating swing voters with modified gun control.

This was his reply:

“If Republicans abandon the Second Amendment and demoralize millions of Americans who care deeply about Second Amendment rights, that could go a long way to electing a President Elizabeth Warren. We’re going to see record-shattering Democratic turnout. The only element missing to ensure Democratic victory is demoralizing conservatives so they stay home. I hope we don’t do that. I think that would be a serious mistake.”

“But it would also be a serious mistake as a policy matter,” he added.

His comment on demoralization shouldn’t go unnoticed. He makes an interesting point.

As for policy efficacy, he noted that the Manchin-Toomey bill (expanding background checks to gun shows and internet sales but not transactions among friends and family) wouldn’t have made a difference in recent mass shootings:

“The Democrats’ proposal would not have prevented any of these mass murders. We ought to be focusing seriously, substantively on how you stop these horrific crimes – and what they’re proposing wouldn’t do it. What I’m proposing has a far greater likelihood of preventing these kinds of crimes.”

And concerning the gratuitous gun grab, Ted believes the confiscators comin’ for ya won’t be satisfied with Wave 1:

“Democratic gun confiscation proposals, which are getting more and more common – and by the way, when it comes to gun confiscation on the Left, it starts with so-called ‘assault rifles,’ but the next step is handguns. Now, at this point, I expect people around the room to snicker and say, ‘Come on! That’s ridiculous. They’ll never go to handguns.’ Just remember that in about 24 months when we see them pushing for handgun confiscation – they have not yet proposed it, but that is, I believe, their ultimate goal…full confiscation – that would cost lives.”

Ted also explained that Americans defend themselves with firearms between 500,000 and 3,000,000 times per year, and that the ol’ 2A is “a powerful tool of women’s empowerment.”

Furthermore, Cruz assured he wants to “do more about gun violence,” but that the Democrats’ maneuvering is about politics rather than the actual issue.

Not very long ago at all, those across the aisle sometimes literally laughed on television when a conservative brought up the notion that the Left was moving toward confiscation.

My, how quickly the world has turned.
