EXPERIENCE

Jackie joined Westlake Legal Group in 2017. She focuses her practice on all facets of civil litigation and estate work. Jackie has experience litigating personal injury matters, business torts and contract matters, and intentional tort cases, including defamation, assault, battery, and constitutional claims. Jackie regularly represents clients in medical, legal, and/or professional malpractice matters. Jackie has successfully represented individuals against towns, counties, constitutional officers, and municipal entities in state and federal court. Jackie has also represented clients in front of various regulatory bodies, and advocates for individuals in employment disputes and grievance processes. Jackie aids clients in estate planning and represents individuals in trust and estate contests and estate administration. Jackie litigates in state and federal court, bankruptcy court, and various appellate courts.

Prior to joining Westlake Legal Group, Jackie practiced law in Central Pennsylvania, focusing on family law, general civil litigation, and estate planning.

Jackie lives in Loudoun County with her husband, Eric, two children, and one crazy Beagle. She enjoys swimming, hiking, baking, cookie decorating, and other crafty pursuits.
